  If only I could have given six stars for the Service; all members of staff at this branch were wonderful with a special shout out to Ruth. Location is great: a short walk away from Belfast City Centre and/or Titanic Quarter train station…and easy to reach by car. Speaking of which, the car park is a tad on the small side and will be expensive if you forget to get your discount ticket from the reception staff. All in all, I found this one a breath of fresh air from some of the other PIs I have been to (particularly those in London)

  Unfortunately, the room (room number 1) wasn’t very nice. There were lots of tiny shards of glass on the carpet and the television was broken; it looked as though the screen had been hit.

  We recently stayed at Premier Inn as a group of 15, and the entire experience was brilliant from start to finish. Managing a group of our size is never an easy task, but the hospitality we received made everything run smoothly. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Ruth, who took such wonderful care of us throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to make sure every single one of us was comfortable, happy, and looked after, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude. Ruth truly made our group stay exceptional. With clean rooms, fantastic customer care, and staff who genuinely care about their guests, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back

  Hotel rooms are incredible beds are soo comfy, and staff are super friendly and attentive

  The staff are first class but they do have a problem, always running out of food stuff but overall really excellent experience.
