  Good location. Clean rooms. However check in for a large group that inwas assured woukdnt be a problem was made very difficult. The receptionist told me she was basically doing me a favor giving us our rooms at 3pm (the time of check in). It was made extremely awkward and stressful even though I had confirmed everything by email and assured everything would be ready on arrival. When we eventually got our room, there were men banging on the door across from mine and I rang reception 3 times from my room phone, and twice on my mobile, to no avail. On check out my belongings I was told would be kept safe were found dumped jn a bin. Other staff were very nice, but the reception desk area seems to be totally untrained and unaware of customer service.

  Female receptionist rather rude on arrival, ignored us while we waited for her patiently to finish the paperwork or screen work she seemed to be so involved with. No other arrivals or customers waiting. We had already checked in on arrival and didn't expect to be ignored. After she stated that we were too early to check-in, (it was around 1300 - 1330hrs) but I reminded her we'd paid extra for an early check-in. No welcome, nor guidance re room location or restaurant. Booked a Premier Plus, expecting a more comfortable room. Mattress on bed was awful, obviously needing replacing as it dipped in the middle. Bed was a double not a king size as expected. Was reminded to inform reception in the morning if we required the room to be serviced. I requested extra towels to be given bath towel and bath mats.. We mentioned the mattress next morning after a terrible nights sleep and requested room service. Which wasn't actioned. Bar and Block restaurant good, but breakfast lacking some choices. Requested porridge but felt I shouldn't as cook didn't action until we were nearly finished. Sorry but really expensive and disappointing considering we've stayed in many Premier Inns and have enjoyed every single one. Ideal location for the nightlife of Cathedral Quarter but not if you have young family or would like a quiet stay.

  High quality rooms, we stayed in a premier plus one and was well worth the price, we had an issue with the room not being ready after the 3pm check in but a member of staff complimented our room with free unlimited breakfast so that was extremely good and thank you for that. Great location very close to the main shopping areas and about a 20 mins walk from the titanic area

  I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels, but I have never met anyone as pleasant as Chris at the reception of this hotel. He is such a friendly and welcoming person, and his kindness truly made my long stay much more enjoyable. His warm attitude and helpfulness stood out and made a big difference. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if your stay is long and you want an exceptional customer service.
