  Terrible experience – Unresponsive management and insufferable conditions I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Belfast City Centre - Cathedral Quarter and I am extremely disappointed with both the state of the room and the lack of professional service. From the first day, my room had an insufferable bad smell and was clearly dirty. I reported this to the reception immediately. The staff member took a note for the housekeeping team and specifically instructed me to report it again the following morning to ensure the room was refreshed. The next morning, I spoke directly with the Hotel Manager. Despite following their instructions and escalating the issue to management, nothing was done. No one came to clean or refresh the room. When I followed up later, the staff member simply said she "didn't know" why the request had been ignored. For a stay that cost £244.96 the level of service was completely unacceptable. I felt completely disregarded, as if I were "nobody to consider." This is a clear failure to provide service of "satisfactory quality" as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Furthermore, this hotel failed to honor the "Good Night Guarantee," which promises that if a problem isn't put right, a refund will be issued. Instead of a solution, I was met with total indifference. I would not recommend this hotel if you expect basic hygiene or professional accountability from management.

  Smaller than what I expected, having stayed in premier inns before. The bed was comfy, slept really well, the air-conditioning was well needed, it was so nice. A few cobwebs about, the bathroom was lovely, lovely walk in Shower, love the purple lights in there. The receptionist was okay, but couldn't get a word in edge ways. He wouldn't let me finish my sentences before assuming what I was going to say, which he was wrong. When I checked in, he said thank you and that was it, I didnt know where to go, he gave me no direction of the stiarcase or lifts. Wanted to change the week i was coming, as i had booked the trip for a friend's 40th but 3 weeks before we was due she suddenly lost her mum, they made me pay nearly double to change the day, they had, no compassion or empathy, this hurt. I was actually shocked at the attitude of the guy i was speaking to on the phone. The hotel is in a great location with everything on your door step, it's just a shame they only think about the money.

  Great hotel to be in the middle of the action, large rooms and even with all the bars around nice and quiet

  Perfect central hotel wouldn't bother with the meal deal it's a very limited dinner menu and your not guaranteed a place for dinner if you haven't booked and they don't tell you too book

  Stayed here the weekend just gone. First time in Belfast. Staff really friendly and informative, room clean and great location for the pubs and only a 20 min walk to the Titanic Museum.
