  Overall experience was average. There were 10 x meal options unavailable. Cheesecake desert option had been microwaved which is just weird 🤔

  Absolutely disgusting place. Rush trip to see an extremely ill relative. Registered at the iPad in Reception because god forbid you actually employ a human. Registered our vehicle for the whole stay 2 night, Noisy hot uncomfortable rooms. To top it off you have the audacity to have Horizon security now demanding £147!! for parking charges as you didn't register our vehicle. I absolutely will not be paying these charges you'll have to take me to court. I will never use a premier Inn again disgusting.

  I have stayed in Premier inn for years, but this was the worst to date. I know the weather can't be helped, but our room was 29 degrees, with window open and fan on full. We stayed for 3 nights and got no sleep as needed to have Dan on all night. It was cooler in the corridor. I asked at reception for my room to be serviced, left the card on the door and wet towels in the shower. The clean wasn't done. So hence this negative review. The television advertises always on hand, but there is no one. I tried ringing 3 days prior to.our visit, no answer to any of the 9 calls. Yet premier inn are charging full price for No SERVICE. will look at holiday inn from now on. PREMIERINNS YOU ARE NOT. 1 very unhappy customer.

  We came here for 2 nights and the beds were comfy , hard to pick were the travel cot goes , a builder was there when we got there , we had to wait 4 mins to get to our room , we had a fan because it was heatwave at that time.

  Graham and Azad and Andrea and Karen is great. Excellent service friendly check in was good , room good bar staff brilliant , food is good (Staff underpaid) , I like the new fans in the rooms
