2 night stay. Arrived 2.20pm after 180 mile drive. No check in until 3 sat in reception. 2.50 receptionist said ok & directed us to register our car then issued 2 key cards. Rooms are great value, comfortable good facilities provided. We visited Carrow Rd game 1st night great. 2nd day visited North Norfolk coastal resorts sat on beach 23°c ! Day 3 checked out after good breakfast 8.55. What was not great was receiving 3 parking charges 2 weeks later, claiming i had not registered my car ! As this is Horizon Parking, i have appealed with evidence of booking, however, yet to receive a notice if £171 3 DAY charges have been dropped. NOTE ALL please video with your phone whilst registering to park here, as otherwise you too may receive an unjustified bill ! If staying more than 1 night may be worth registering each morning ?

Avoid rooms in the extension! We use this hotel fairly regularly because it's usually comfortable and convenient. However for the same price higher number rooms (137 & higher) are smaller and badly laid out. Dirty arm chair in place of chaise longue and the night I arrived the most awful smell of bleach.

First time here and would definitely return. Very comfortable, room and en suite were spotless. We made an error when booking a double room and omitted one person! No problem - Customer Help contact assured us that they would amend this. Big shout out to AZAD on the desk when we arrived. Efficient, welcoming and friendly, he couldn’t do enough for us. A real asset to the Company. We met some of the domestic staff in passing - again, very approachable and always keen to help. We couldn’t fault the stay.

Clean bed, shower and room. Eatery attached to the hotel, serving a good choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location, handy for ev charging, the Norfolk broads and coastal locations. 4 * due to 1 marked pillow protector, it looked like it had makeup on the edge.
