Lovely well kept hotel with excellent staff. Ellie in reception couldn’t be more helpful and informative. Had dinner and a couple of drink in the restaurant area which we couldn’t fault. All in all, I will be back. Well done

Great premier in. Had a superior room. Bed was very comfy. Staff excellent 👏 Remember girl on reception being super friendly and knowledgeable about places to see. Ellie i think. Will stay there again when we visit friends in Norwich.

Having a lovely one night stay at the Premier Inn. My room is clean and cozy though my bathroom vent is very loud. Front desk has been incredibly helpful. Rohan gave me shopping advice and directions, a pitcher of water to save me many trips and a lovely attitude no matter how many times I came back downstairs! I could see myself staying here again, if I return to Norwich!

Excellent location and comfortable rooms. Breakfast very good, and Wendy specifically made my visit memorable. Nothing was too much trouble, from getting me lovely porridge to start the day, to making sure I had enough coffee, and then for kindly looking after my lost property until I remembered to come back to the dining room to retrieve it. Thank you Wendy and thank you to the team. Highly recommended!!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Beautiful location l, great room and amazing service. In particular Peter who delivered service that was beyond incredible. He welcomed me on arrival and served me during meals. He was quick, efficient, informative and very polite. If you’re looking for great customer service, Peter is the one to look out for! ⭐️
