  Stayed over for work and was served by Peter on the door and on the bar. Was so accommodating and attentive ! Helped us out numerous times and was always friendly and always had a smile on his face!

  The location and value for money is fair and appreciated however I didn't understood why the rooms were warmer than the outdoors. Like others have already mentioned, there is no AC available in most of the rooms and the windows barely open due to safety restrictors. The outside temperature is around 24° but the rooms were at least 5° warmer even with two fans blowing constantly. Management should take notice and make necessary changes. If you suffer badly in the heat, I would strongly consider booking an alternative.

  was given misinformation on arrival. the room was a disabled room which was needed but the bed was so low that my husband had to pull me up. it was also so small that he had to sleep on the sofa 😔. The running around from above was ridiculous and not having a good health day made sure I didn't get the sleep I needed. I've been to numerous premier inn that have children on the low floors. I gave them a sheet of A4 paper of complaint yet nothing has been done. I will honestly never stay at this premier inn again.

  Rooms hot as hell despite two fans blowing. Aircon rooms booked out. Requires urgent installation of air-conditioning in all rooms. Staff unsmiling . Not enough staff covering reception and bar. Toilet looks stained.

  Staff were excellent as always in a Premier Inn. Working extra hard due to short staff (appeared that way). Room 126 is a bit tired. Peeling top of sideboard. Bathroom door squeaked badly. Needs oiling. Woke my partner up and vice versa on using the bathroom overnight. The sink took ages to run away. Needs a plunger. No air conditioning and the room was quite warm even on a rainy day. I think if we had been there when the weather was hot it would have made for an uncomfortable nights sleep even with the super fan provided. We always stay at Premier Inns and the beds are always comfortable. Sadly one of the single beds in our room was a bit older and not supportive any more. Left my husband with an aching back. First floor lift button for down only worked intermittently. Needed several pushes and wiggles.
