  The room was everything you would expect from Premier Inn. Hotel is located in a rough and untidy area close to the river and not at all appealing. Breakfast was disappointing = not properly cooked and some items cold. Not the best Premier Inn by far.

  Just a one night stop-over, but the staff in the hotel AND the restaurant were friendly, happy and polite. The room was spotless and clean and we had a lovely stay!

  I came to stay with a colleague as we are carers and had a young adult with medical needs and learning difficulties with us. We were greeted by Daniel on reception who was wonderful! He went above and beyond to make our stay as best he could and was great with our young lad. He interacted well with him which was lovely to see. He told us his name was “Bob” which over discussion throughout our stay become “Bob the gangster!!” Thanks so much for the laughs Bob!!!

  First time of using Premier Inn, was cheaper than booking a caravan, will be using them again, again, 👍👍👍

  We had a great stay at this Premier Inn. Good location, short car journey to Britannia Pier and The Pleasure Beach as well as the town centre. Staff were polite and friendly in both the Premier inn and Brewers Fayre. We had breakfast both morning and I was very nice. We ate dinner once, which was also lovely. Altogether, a great place to stay if visiting Great Yarmouth.
