  Staff very welcoming and polite.rooms and corridors need a redecorating as tired and drab. Cleaning needs attention to detail. Location although in middle of city centre very quite in rooms.

  Lovely comfy bed, coffee pod machine, easy to use key system, nice bathroom, only draw back - no human at the reception but it's how hotels are done these days

  Had a meal deal breakfast and evening meal was unable to order the meal I wanted as wasn’t given the right menu only drink menu asked 3 times to be told that’s the menu I have to use had to pay for premium priced steak

  The view from some of the rooms is pretty pants but the rooms themselves are great. The location is superb and the staff are great & really friendly. Definitely recommend

  Underwhelming Pro ‘sThe location,Easy check in .Clean room Comfy bed Con’s Breakfast dining facilities limited continental selection (1 banana no apples) and the famous Buffett so so with crowded seating, cleaners avoiding eye contact ( smiles returned or otherwise cost nothing) I’m a great fan of PI’s but recent changes sees staff seemingly being multi tasked and the feel good factor not what it was .I doubt I’ll be back
