  Lovely place staff were fabulous Location was great couldn't ask for more for our family was so peaceful 😌 definitely recommend One thing tho could of done with 4 cups instead of two as was 4 people in room but iam sure if we asked they would of give us some but we just made do with the two. breakfast was lovely also

  Maureen who checked us in was lovely. The room was unfortunately so hot in the morning which was unbearable for two adults and two children. But otherwise everything else was great. Good location for what we needed and the wetherspoons next door was great too. ✌️

  Estancia excelente. Tuvimos que hacer gestiones en Cramlington durante varios días, y nos ayudaron en todo momento con la estancia y cualquier cosa que necesitásemos. Os estamos muy agradecidos.

  Excellent. A great halfway stop to and from Scotland. Lovely friendly staff and most helpful. Great value for money too.
