  Rooms spotless and bed very comfortable. Breakfast fantastic and replenished when required. Decent walk into Alnwick distance wise. Would stay again

  Stayed here a few times now staff brilliant and attentive, food good. Location excellent for Alnwick,Lindesfarne, Bamburgh and other sites.

  We booked here for the Sunday night if the Bank Holiday weekend. We were cycling from Berwick to Gateshead. We were welcomed by Karen who was an absolute star! She went over and above to try and accommodate our bikes in the room. Sadly it wasn't to be as they wouldn't fit in the lift as we had booked a Premier Room. However Karen tried her best to help. Room was lovely. Very clean and very quiet. Karen even stepped in to help get us a taxi as the local firm wasn't answering. Breakfast was plentiful (despite it being half term). All the staff were excellent and lovely with all customers. They worked like a well oiled machine. They also worked very hard. 5* for service!

  NOISY ROOMS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rooms and corridors very noisy. Could hear other guests through the walls, outside in the corridors and walking around in the room above throughout the stay which kept us up. Spoke to reception who were unable to move us and handed us a card referring us to customer service to claim under Premier Inn's 'Good Night Guarantee' - of course they refused any level of refund despite the hotel reception staff making us aware of the policy in the first place and accused us of lying about the complaint we made. The hotel is also located in a dodgy industrial estate with people rough sleeping and is a very long and unpleasant walk away from Alnwick. I would pay slightly more for a hotel actually in Alnwick that will treat their customers nicely.
