  Convenient hotel for our holiday. We stayed here for 8 nights. The room was clean and newly refurbished. All the conveniences we needed were there. The team were helpful and kind when we needed their help. Elgin does what a Premier Inn should: good value accommodation, clean facilities, comfy bed, family friendly rooms.

  I felt no one could have been happier than I while staying here. The blankets were as soft as the fleece of a unicorn and the showers wet which is always a bonus. I actually wrote to Steve to tell him about my day...and night.

  Was ok for a one night stay resturant next door was closed for upgrade so had to settle for a kfc

  Premier Inn. You need to act on this site as the 'restaurant' is letting you down in a big way. See pictures, its usually not open so today was a bonus in as much as you could actually get in.. The porch into the restaurant is filthy. Who's running that in that state? Why is it not noticed? Cigarette butt's outside on the floor. Coffee machine broken and selection of hot food not replenished, pretty much empty serving dishes, the lady who checked me in to restaurant said it was about to be replenished..I had to leave before that happened, im working not havi g a leisurely holiday breakfast. Why did someone not notice the food levels needed topping up? If I was on holiday, let's not forget its a beautiful area, then i'd be absolutely mortified. The Manager is actively turning a blind eye to standards. If the bits you can see are that bad...what are the bits you can't see like?? Would be still bad if the place cost £50 a night, but I paid £171.99 for that? Shocking.
