  Visually room seems clean. But as soon as you walk in there’s a smell. Bathroom also has a smell. No facial tissue box. No shower caps. No fridge. No drawers chest to put clothing. Have to literally live out of my suitcase. No complimentary water nor snacks. Bare minimum hotel room. ****Also, room cleaning and fresh towels have to be requested. No automatic daily cleaning. Worse, there is no phone in room to call reception desk. You have to go downstairs in person to request room cleaning and fresh towels. So, in the morning we requested cleaning and fresh towels. When we came back in the evening, fresh towels were left on the chair. Old towels in the bathroom floor left untouched, and not taken away. Toilet tissues were not refilled. Garbage bins were not emptied. Truly a 1 star hotel, maybe zero star. So, why would I pick this hotel? I didn’t! It’s part of a group tour package. Too bad for me.

  The car park is independent of Premier Inn and has to be paid for separately another guest warned me "I stay here a lot and they're keen with checking the car park" other than that no complaints usual Premier Inn standards friendly staff clean room etc

  Room was ok sadly pretty far for accessible as 3rd floor. But wet room shower excellent.

  Clean room and a comfortable bed. Shower was also nice and spacious and had good pressure instead of the usual dribble you get at similar chain hotels. Location was great for us, easy to get to right off the M74 and in the middle of Hamilton which meant we could easily walk to our favourite restaurant. There are also plenty of shops nearby including Asda, Boots, Aldi, Costa, Starbucks, Greggs etc.

  When I am a guest at any hotel, I'm like "The Hotel Inspector" I give every area a thorough check over looking for dirt and any dust including under the bed and furniture in the room. Safe to say I only found less than a finger tip of dust behind TV and on top of headboard. That said I'd give it a score of 9/10. Staff very courteous and good customer service upon arrival, during our stay and when leaving 10/10. There's vending machines in the hallway entrance next to the lifts for snacks crisps, sweets, juice etc. There's lift access to all floors. What I didn't like was floor to ceiling windows in the room ( scared of heights so my daughter had to close the curtains for me to be in the room) the room was very comfortable and the bed was like you were floating on a cloud excellent sleep 😴 I so need one of these beds. Ensuite was good and spacious, bath luxurious I was able to lie down fully (unlike my bath at home) there's a TV wasn't sure how to work it at first the room also had a lit up vanity mirror and a hairdryer. 9/10 I had a lovely evening meal in the Beefeater Restaurant downstairs 😋 price range from ££. 10/10 Would I come back again YES 100%
