The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and we had a quiet night. Very good.

There is no WiFi to speak of. I tried both the free WiFi and the paid one and both gave me the message "Can't find IP address". I couldn't get a phone signal (EE) either. We tried to book online, enroute, but found it difficult but then couldn't book when we arrived without paying an extra £10, so we went into town, where I could get a phone signal, to make an online booking. I was very unimpressed by this Premier Inn and think, at £80, it was overpriced. The pillows were hard, the sink smelt and the hairdryer kept cutting out. Good things were the food which was nice and good value, and the staff who worked hard and were helpful. I definitely don't recommend this hotel.
