PRO:
- Posizione molto comoda a circa 25 minuti dal centro (fermata bus molto vicina), zona tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio a 3 sterline e benzinaio+Tesco express a 1 minuto
- Camera con tutto il necessario
- Personale molto cortese che ci ha fornito gratuitamente il WiFi "premium" oltre alla prima notte di parcheggio
CONTRO:
- Bagno con l'intonaco del soffitto malmesso
Ingenerale lo consiglio non perché sia perfetto, se fosse stato l'Hilton in centro e lo avessi pagato 300€ a notte probabilmente non sarei stato soddisfatto, però per averlo pagato 500€ in due per quattro notti va benissimo.

Este hotel nos sorprendió para bien, aunque hay algunos detalles que comentar. Nos gustó mucho la habitación, la cama y sobre todo la almohada eran muy cómodas, y el espacio general era grande, lo cual nos venía bien al viajar con una bebé. La ubicación no es muy buena pero pasan bastantes autobuses por la zona así que está bien conectado. No nos gustó la rigidez con algunas cosas como el horario de check-in. Llegamos 15 minutos antes de las 15:00 y nos pedían 16 libras por entrar antes de la hora. Solo por 15 minutos. Así que allí estábamos 3 familias esperando que fueran las 15 para ir entrando. Esto quiere decir que la habitación estaba disponible pero solo te le dan antes pagando, y hablamos de una diferencia de minutos. No tiene sentido. Tampoco entendimos que no nos dieran una mantita para la cuna. Y por último, habíamos pagado por el desayuno con English breakfast pero en domingo cuando nos fuimos nos dijeron que no había cocina, solo productos fríos que ellos llaman "desayuno continental". Creo que el desayuno continental es algo más que unas tostadas con mermelada y cereales.
Very disappointing stay and easily the worst Premier Inn I've used.
The hotel feels tired and in need of refurbishment with issues ranging from cleanliness and maintenance to poor customer service. Based on both my experience and what appears to be a consistent theme in other reviews standards here are well below what I'd normally expect from Premier Inn.
The reception experience was dreadful. One receptionist in particular, a larger lady with a nose piercing, was unfriendly, rude and very dismissive. I also witnessed a customer being ignored while waiting for assistance which reflects a lack of basic customer service and hospitality.
I've always viewed Premier Inn as a decent value for money chain but this stay has changed my opinion. This is the poorest Premier Inn I've stayed in and as a result I'll be avoiding any future ones.

Overall, it was a decent experience, staff were nice and helpful. I just wasn't impressed with the level of maintenance, especially for that high cost of accommodation. The bathroom ceiling was peeling so badly and there was mould on the edges of the bathroom floor. We went for paid breakfast and were told there was no chef.

I booked through my Chase Travel portal and used my points to book a stay for 3 nights here. Upon arrival, staff couldn't check me in due to issues on their end, saying they couldn't get me into a room unless I paid for it AGAIN. They then told me if I paid they would just refund me the next morning when they sort everything out, so I went ahead and paid because I was traveling with others and I wanted them to get into our room after a day of traveling. The next morning they tell me they can't refund me because they can't charge Chase Travel or whatever it was, and so I had to pay $845 out of pocket when my initial booking through Chase was only $400.
The room we stayed in was also filthy, rooms smelled like wet dog, toilets barely flushed, sink clogged, windows had mold?? Terrible experience, incompetent staff except for one girl who helped us during checkout, shame I didn't get her name. Do not recommend.
