  A little bit disappointing. £7.50 per night parking charge (with "dynamic pricing") on top of a relatively expensive room is a bit of a slap in the face. Automated check-in is a little bit futuristic and a little bit McDonalds. Room is *fine*, but a bit grim in the bathroom. Towels were... exfoliating.

  Très bonne experience. Les chambres sont impeccables et le service Très accueillant. Le petit dejeuner est varié et conséquent. Prix raisonnable. Bonne adresse

  Myself, husband and 5 children enjoyed 4 nights… had 2 family rooms (called ahead in advance to request rooms next to each other). Located close to the airport, the children enjoyed watching planes take off and land close by! The noise was minimal and no disturbance at all. Good location for airport, no rowdiness, good for families. Rooms were clean, all in working order. Breakfast was great, great service and efficient, tables cleaned quickly, everything was great. After staying in many a premier inn, we found this one to be the best we have stayed in. Facilities were great, staff were extremely friendly, professional and went over and above to help. Particular praise and thanks to the lovely Amanda and Milly. Amanda was chatty, lovely with the children and advised us on local days out for the family. She really made us feel welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. She even helped my husband do our little girl’s hair for a wedding as myself and other children had already left to join the bridal party! Milly welcomed us warmly when we first checked in and was helpful throughout our stay. All staff were brilliant but these 2 ladies stood out and are a great asset. Thank you so much :)

  De las pocas veces que me encuentro con personas incapaces de hacer su trabajo por no decir que la única vez que me ha sucedido lo siguiente. Tengo una reserva de dos habitaciones, un check in de hace a una hora y el otro, a otra diferente. Cuando solicito la factura haciendo el primer check in solo me dan la de la primera habitación y me dicen que cuando haga el siguiente check in, me darán la la factura de la segunda habitación. Cuando se realiza el check in de la segunda habitación no han sido capaces de darme la factura con número de factura. Solo una factura proforma. Su única respuesta ha sido ponerse a la defensiva cuál animales indefensos diciendo que ellos no podían hacer nada. A la misma persona que me hizo el primer check in y me dijo que me daría la factura de la segunda habitación cuando hiciera el check in de la segunda, has mentido. Lamentable situación. Es una pena que 3 personas (Porque han salido 3 mujeres a hacer nada) manchen en nombre de una cadena así. Incapaces de explicar su forma de actuar y con actitud inaceptable para ser trabajadoras de un hotel.

  Would have been a good stay if we managed to get some sleep. A large group of people were on our level and their kids were running around, knocking on doors and slamming doors until the early morning. This was from after 10pm at night. Reception was made aware of the situation and did go and speak with some of the party members but clearly it fell on deaf ears.
