  Great location for the city - Sheriffhall Park & Ride a 10 min drive away. Rooms are fine - housekeeping do a good job and the welcome on reception was pleasant. Restaurant services are really bad. This is not a reflection on the staff in the restaurant - really friendly and hard working. How management can expect one person to seat people, take orders, serve food (sometimes helping cook in the kitchen too), refill the breakfast food, the crockery, clear tables etc is beyond me. Incredibly bad decision making from management - clearly cutting corners and setting their staff up to fail. The main reason for choosing premier inn is the convenience of the food - big fail at this one. Also at Fort William Premier Inn where we stayed beforehand - no restaurant services at all. Have already given feedback online but no response so far: Unable to speak to anyone on reception as no one there when we left. Think they’re changing all the restaurants in the group which is fine - but poor communication with customers and still “selling” full offering but not delivering. Personally feel compensation is owed.

  I travel a lot for work and always stay at Premier Inn. In all my travels I have never met a nicer and kinder person than Natalie. I give her 5+ stars. The food is poor and the staff there don't really understand what they are doing. The room was clean everything was good apart from the food

  Rooms ok , service ok, location ok Im currently on my second night of 3 and the food is utterly appalling even for a premier inn , I stay in these alot for business trips and this is by far the worst ive had when it comes too food for £27 its a scam for this quality of food
