  La habitación desde que entramos tiene un olor como de humedad,además llegamos a las 7 pm y dijeron que había servicio de restaurante y no fue así .No hay un soporte para maletas ,ni hay antideslizante en la bañera y peligroso para resbalarse .No hay vasos para el agua .En general no lo recomiendo para nada .Nos falta ver cómo nos va con el desayuno,incluido en el precio

  Premesso che per me una recensione è sempre rapportata al costo e alle aspettative. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto ed economico, pur considerando al contrario la distanza dal centro. Ma questo elemento potenzialmente negativo è stato totalmente annullato dalla vicinanza estrema (due minuti a piedi) con tram e treno. In sette rapide fermate sei a Princess Street, in pieno centro, e da lì raggiungi facilmente tutto. l'Hotel è essenziale ma estremamente comodo: letto straordinario, doccia comoda, stanza di dimensioni adeguate. Colazione eccellente, una sera abbiamo anche cenato, tutto ok. Wifi così così, ma questo vale pressoché ovunque a Edimburgo. Hotel in cui tornerei certamente

  Stayed here for a few nights during a short trip to Edinburgh and had a really pleasant experience overall. We arrived a little early, so our room was not quite ready yet. Therefore, we headed to the nearby KFC before returning later to check in. The self check-in screens were only partly working and would not register the room key properly, so we still had to queue at reception to get it sorted. It also seemed to be a common issue for other guests at the time. However, once we got to the room, everything was exactly what you would expect from Premier Inn. The room was spacious, clean, and both beds were very comfortable. The location was also excellent. We chose this hotel because we had an early flight and wanted to stay close to the airport. In addition, it was very convenient for visiting Edinburgh Zoo by taxi, while the tram stop right outside made getting into the city centre quick and easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

  Etwa 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt und mit der Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür zu erreichen, super freundlich das Personal… Warum die Fenster für frische Luft nicht zu öffnen sind, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen, denn die Luftkühler an der Decke wälzen lediglich die verbrauchte Atemluft um. Vielleicht denken wir als Deutsche Touristen auch zu viel über Dinge des täglichen Lebens nach 🤩👍

  I have stayed in many Premier Inn hotels across England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland, and I can confidently say that this particular hotel in Edinburgh is the best of them all. In every aspect — from cleanliness and overall standards to customer service and location — it truly stands out. I have been returning to this hotel for over three years, and instead of declining, the quality continues to improve. The team clearly makes a consistent effort to take excellent care of their guests, and it really shows. The entire staff is highly professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I have never once been disappointed — whenever I needed assistance, they were always there, ready to help and willing to go the extra mile. Their kindness and positive attitude make every stay a pleasure. I would especially like to thank the wonderful hotel manager, Ewelina, who approaches her role with both professionalism and a personal touch. She genuinely cares about guests, takes the time to listen, and ensures that everyone feels well looked after. The standards at this hotel are exceptionally high, even compared to other Premier Inn locations. I must also mention the breakfasts — they are noticeably better than in other Premier Inns, more carefully prepared, and simply more delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh. If you are looking for comfort, great service, and a consistently excellent experience, this is definitely the place to stay.
