  I booked through my Chase Travel portal and used my points to book a stay for 3 nights here. Upon arrival, staff couldn't check me in due to issues on their end, saying they couldn't get me into a room unless I paid for it AGAIN. They then told me if I paid they would just refund me the next morning when they sort everything out, so I went ahead and paid because I was traveling with others and I wanted them to get into our room after a day of traveling. The next morning they tell me they can't refund me because they can't charge Chase Travel or whatever it was, and so I had to pay $845 out of pocket when my initial booking through Chase was only $400. The room we stayed in was also filthy, rooms smelled like wet dog, toilets barely flushed, sink clogged, windows had mold?? Terrible experience, incompetent staff except for one girl who helped us during checkout, shame I didn't get her name. Do not recommend.

  A very nice hotel a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh! The city is £10 uber away and so is the beach! So not really a deal breaker. The staff is lovely and the hotel rooms are amazing. I wasn’t expecting much from this place but, turns out it is amazing.

  The hotel is a bit away from the city centre, but there are a few local buses that pass by frequently that will take you there. There's a restaurant/bar attached that is convenient, but closes early. The staff here was super friendly and helpful.

  Pros+ It has a good location and easy and cheap to acess to city center by taxi or bus. Cons- The room was never cleaned during our stay. There was no window in the room, only indirect light, and it felt like a prison cell. The daytime staff were terrible — rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We left our luggage at the hotel until check-in time, and when I picked it up, the handle was broken. I have never stayed anywhere worse than this. and I wont stay again.

  "I stayed for two nights and booked directly through the hotel’s app. The booking process was very easy, with simple procedures and a helpful reminder sent a week in advance. The location is great for reaching the city center — we left our car at the hotel parking and used the frequent buses right in front of the hotel. The staff were very respectful, and the price was very reasonable. They also provided a bed for my child to sleep in. What mattered most to me was the cleanliness of the bathroom — I felt completely comfortable using it, and the room was spotless as well. This has become my favorite hotel. I will definitely stay with them again and choose their hotel wherever I travel."
