  The staff, particularly Jacintha, were very pleasant and helpful. Even when there a school trip with lots of kids, she helped us find a nice quiet are for breakfast. That in itself warrants 5 stars, good choice, cooked and cereals. As other reviews have said, it's a good location , very near Wembley Park tube. The downside of the stay was the room. I would call it shabby. No power point next to the bed, no USB charging points( a must in today's media world). The only hint of internet was a ethernet cable connection - who uses those today?? There were 4 power points on the front wall but one of those didn't work. Finally, the TV. Well, I would call it that, my home desktop has bigger screen than the one in the room.

  Needed a cost effective hotel with good access to central London. Location was superb (20 yards from Jubilee line). Our room was very big - not standard I’m sure, but really appreciated. Room was clean and as ever … the most comfortable sleep. All the staff were really friendly and courteous. From the reception, to the restaurant and even the maintenance guy we met

  As every may stay was outstanding, it started with a wonderful friendly greeting when I was checked in by Maila. While the rooms are looking a little tired they are always clean and comfortable. When I eat in the evening both Maila and Plasen couldn’t do enough to make my meal a pleasurable experience, the coupled with the lovely food prepared by Jayesh. I always enjoy staying at Wembley.

  We had a very good first day at this Wembley Premier Inn. We normally stay at the other one nearer to the stadium. But the service received both that reception and in the restaurant was far better Particularly Jacinta Who was extremely helpful at breakfast provided us with brilliant service

  Stayed here for my birthday with my husband and 2 year old. Perfect location and super friendly staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast. My daughter took a shine to jacintha and kept waving and saying hello when she was around. View from our room was fantastic. Could see the Wembley stadium arch. So perfect photo opportunities. We were hardly at the hotel only to sleep but would definitely stay here again.
