  Lovely staff members - so respectful and kind. Rooms are clean and great location , so close to the train station.

  Very nice stay, really comfortable beds. Hesandi on reception was amazing, kind polite and helpful with an issue we had with the parking.

  I satyed here for a week, The staff were amazing, i had zero issues, Clean room, Privacy, and Loredana especially was very helpful.

  If you want a comfy, good nights sleep like premier inn's promise!! Don't come here. The train lines are literally a stone's throw from most the rooms. I've been moved twice tonight and it's not improved the noise!! It's really really bad. I work all over the country and I've never been so disappointed in a premier inn like this dump! The train's are going past every few minutes. Just wow 😭😭😭😭

  Good location, just across the road from the train station, with easy access into central London. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. A special mention goes out to the manager, Sam. She was absolutely lovely and great with the children. Sam went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing, thank you!
