  Jayce was exceptional at reception, helping us check in early at 10am after our flight ensuring a room was ready immediately. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Hotel is close to the city centre and opposite the train station for ease of getting around. Great value for money with lovely staff members and facilities

  Very good and calm location, but the hotel lacks maintenance and the rooms show wear and tear and are not very clean. he automatic check in is very inpersonel and didn't work properly and we had to wait a while until someone was available to activate our keys. As we where staying a couple of days we asked to get the room done, but it wasn't.. Breakfast is OK.

  We arrived early around 8 am and were able to leave our luggage in exchange for a small donation to a children’s hospital charity I highly recommend this, especially if you’re getting off the train and want to start exploring immediately, as it’s less than a 2 minute walk from Lime Street. When we returned later, we were able to check in straight away with no issues. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We decided to have an evening meal, which was delicious and reasonably priced. In the morning, we had breakfast, and for children it’s free, which is always a great bonus. Overall, the staff, location, and atmosphere were amazing, and we will definitely be returning soon.

  I had amazing help from Jace he was such a great help. Really helpful in navigating on the guiding and surrounding area! Would definitely recommend :)
