  I have got a disability and walk with a stroller walker...they are 💯 more helpful then some nurses and doctors I have met in hospital for surgery.

  SHOCKING---FOOD!! The food was well below any expectations, the only good point is that we didnt get sick. We waited 50 mins for food, initially ordered a burger, only to be told they had ran out! We were thw 1st table in at 6pm. Ordered bao buns as a starter that looked liked they had been fingered to stay closed (see pic, did not eat) 5 year old ordered chips and chicken nuggets, however, he didnt eat them as they turn out to be fish! They did ask if the was ok I said "the bao buns were that tough they offered me out for a fight" and the explained we never ordered fish. Finally, we waited 10 mins to be booked, told that breakfast was 6.30 and didnt need to be booked only to be told later breakfast was 7 and needed to book. There was a total of three staff to run a hotel that was "fully booked"

  Kitchen staff less than pleasant, but hotel was as expected. Never like it when you can't open a window, air con always too loud to leave on all night. Convenient place tho

  Overall the room was good, but the staff were very good. For me specifically a lady called Pam. Pam was the perfect host. Nothing was to hard or inconvenient and just a good service from Pam as well as the other staff members. Food options at times were disappointing but that's probably due to being under staffed in the kitchen
