  Nice big rooms. Good AC. With 35 degrees in Salford, we needed it. A lot of Cafés and restaurants nearby.

  The en-suites could do with a good makeover. The grouting all around the bath is black and unsightly. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were neither friendly or unfriendly. A smile wouldn't go amiss.

  My walls was dirty. The bedside tables was wrapped in sticky paper that was peeling off anyways. I went downstairs about an hour or two after checking in, a staff member asked me if I was okay, I said “yes, I am just looking around” in a very rude tone, she replied with “erm okay.” I pay for all the hotel facilities when I pay to stay and I pay for good customer service which wasn’t received. And to top it off, when I arrived to the hotel, the check in wasn’t even working. When I went downstairs to look around as mention earlier, one staff member was just out in the open eating, and the other was kneeling on a chair, watching the tv. I didn’t get her name. She had brown hair, and a forgein accent.

  Perfect location of you are working in Media city. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are what you’d expect from a Premier inn - clean etc.

  Great hotel, extra special as the staff were all fantastic, particularly the woman who helped me check in and chatted to me at dinner! (wish I had asked her name) She was lovely! I will definitely come back
