  Perfect location of you are working in Media city. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are what you’d expect from a Premier inn - clean etc.

  Really good place. Great location. But the best bit........the staff there are brilliant. So helpful, nice and just good people. I cant say enough good things.

  Great hotel, extra special as the staff were all fantastic, particularly the woman who helped me check in and chatted to me at dinner! (wish I had asked her name) She was lovely! I will definitely come back

  Booked a weekend stay. Got an email saying they had to move us to the other premier Inn so we phoned up to check. Spent 30mins on the phone, they say to ignore email and head to Salford hotel. Get there and of course they had actually moved us. Staff were incredibly rude about it, wouldn't even apologise. Got the same treatment from staff at the hotel they moved at. Worst premier Inn experience I've ever had, will stay somewhere with polite and competent staff in future. AVOID!!!!

  I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Id like to give a shout out to Jade M. I really appreciated her patience, empathy and attentiveness in assuring my stay was a most welcome one. It had a rocky start due to external admin reasons, she ensured there after i was happy and satisfied, supporting me with any queries or requests i had. (Thanks for changing the choccies! Lol). Very chatty and friendly and put me at ease. The Premier Plus room was class, particuarly the comfy bed, waterfall shower and coffee machine, id highly recommend. Thanks Jade youre awesome and hope youre recognised for what you bring to your team and service.
