  We stayed at the Premier Inn City West in Manchester and came down late for breakfast but were welcomed by Simon at the breakfast bar who immediately went the extra mile to get the fried eggs made. Simon was professional, caring and very unique in courtesy. Our first visit here and definitely worth the stay. Got to say Simon even did the courtesy to have a chat with us and offered to wrap up pastries if we wanted some. A very warm, kind and wonderful gentleman. He definitely needs a promotion as this is what you need to make your stay comfortable. Just a massive thank you to Simon and the lovely chef who was also very generous, I asked for two eggs but he gave me five. How kind! Honestly well worth visiting. Also thank you to Ryan from reception. Very respectful and appreciated the advice.

  Estuve 9 días y en general muy bien. Lo único a mejorar es el servicio de limpieza. Parece ser que en Inglaterra la "full clean" es casa 4 días...no lo veo lógico. Y además en este hotel tienes que avisar tú en recepción todos los días para que te limpien. Y aún así, un día la limpieza fue fatal.

  Always a go to hotel when in Manchester. Close to Deansgate and the local pubs, but far enough away from them so you aren't disturbed late at night.

  DOUBLE CHARGED: HOTEL REFUSES TO REFUND Stayed at the hotel in June and paid in full for my room upon arrival. Six weeks on, I’ve been charged again for the room by the hotel. Contacted the hotel and was told by “Hadeer” (21 July) and “Oscar” (22 July) that it won’t refund the fee. No explanation provided: I was told to contact a third party, despite the fact that the Salford Premier Inn made the second charge. Hotel has been provided with copies of the money that they have taken from my accounts. I’ve asked my bank to reverse the charge and will now pursue legal action against the hotel. AVOID THIS HOTEL *update following hotel’s generic, boilerplate, disingenuous response* The hotel has been alerted about this numerous times: through messaging, email, and via Expedia.
