  Very disappointed by the service and experience received from this hotel and Premier Inn as generally my experience wi h staying in their hotels has been positive. On this occasion it was awful the standard of the rooms are not great. I had an issue with the bathroom sink and a foul smell coming due to this the sink just didn’t filter through and kept blocking up. Along with the temperature in the room being overly warm which resulted in a awful nights sleep, no thermostat in sight and the windows don’t open which I appreciate can be common for some hotels in high rises. Customer service was below par and they didn’t seem interested in addressing any concerns due to being busy at check out, despite complaining this wasn’t rectified, a frustrating and dissatisfied service from this hotel and customer relations. Seek other hotels in the area in the future, only plus point is the convenient location.

  A very good budget hitel and one of the better PI building I have stayed in. Clean, efficient and well staffed. Breakfast was excellent.

  Fantastic location for the Opera House, just a very short walk. Can also easily walk to Victoria and Deansgate station. Hotel is what you'd expect. Comfy bed, tea and coffee, clean room and bathroom. Self check in but two staff ok hand for any problems (in my case, not paying attention to the room number allocated - would a print out be an idea?) There was a slight damp smell in the room and a dehumidifier at the bottom of the stairs so I'm guessing moisture is a problem but not something I noticed once in the room for a little while. It was surprisingly quiet and got a very good sleep
