  No temperature regulation I rooms when hot. Service ok. Pleasant but slow and not proactive. Located out of the way, difficult to get to, car required. Car parking on site.

  Have stayed here a few times now and the experience has always been very pleasant. Quiet, genteel serrung well away from town centre bustle. Service very good, especially Leon in the dining area who is every inch what one would expect of a service host. Goes to the limit to ensure that everything is right for the customer's needs and is cheery and easy to approach. Overall, a very satisfactory place to relax

  I was given a parking fine for using the publically available electric charger. The site does not make it clear that using the charger will incur a fee unless you pay extra for parking, alongside the use of the charger. It does not make it clear that you will have to go inside and register your vehicle if you are only using the site to charge and also suggests that this should only be for hotel guests. I have had significant problems appealing this, and the general manager of the site is completely uncontactable.

  The service from the front desk staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I was disappointed, however, with how much Premier Inn has changed the restaurant menu and food preparation. It feels like the menu has been simplified so much that almost anyone with minimal cooking experience can prepare it. Our dinner was mediocre, to say the least. The beer-battered fish and chips were actually more like panko-crusted fish cooked in an air fryer, which was not what we expected. The beds were comfortable, as always, but the room could definitely use some maintenance. I'm not sure if the hotel is waiting until the new addition is completed before renovating the original section, but that part of the property is beginning to show its age. I've been staying at Premier Inns all over the UK for more than 20 years. I continue to choose them because they're usually budget-friendly, clean, and I can count on a decent meal after a day of travelling. Unfortunately, this location didn't live up to the standard I've come to expect from the Premier Inn brand.

  As you can see from my photos there is construction going on at hotel, although they are very quiet while I was there. As this area was the old food area, this has now moved to the main hotel. Although not to busy, I was able to book breakfasts every morning for 6 days without hassle. There was a heatwave here while I was there, although a fan was provided, it was not enough, I was lucky as I brought my own as well. It was very hot in the top rooms, ask for bottom floor if possible as rooms were considerably cooler. This hotel is set in a great location, quiet enough to feel rural, but only a few miles from Trafford Centre and Old Trafford. Staff all very friendly and helpful, although at times overworked, they definitely deserve a pay rise.
