Really nice stay. Room is excellent, with a reasonably comfortable bed. Great to have the restaurant attached. Staff were efficient and very friendly and hardworking. However, I have to point out that the restaurant was understaffed. Although the 2 youngsters running the bar and restaurant in the evening worked really hard and did not stop during the time I was there, waiting time was unacceptable. I sat down, waited nearly 20 mins before ordering (including a drink). The starter arrived ok, but the main was 40 minutes later, and definitely had been sitting for a while before bringing out (tough fish).I did not send it back out of respect for the staff, who were very apologetic. Breakfast, however, was excellent.

The rooms are nice, Clean and Spacious, staff are friendly, trying to find the entrance in the dark however is a challenge that's why I have only put location at a 3*

Excellent service from the guys that work here, nothing is too much trouble. I emailed ahead to ask for a 2nd quilt and it was in my room waiting for me 🤓

Typical Premier Inn. We use these a lot. This was ideal for Manchester airport, quiet rooms and comfy bed as usual. Carpets and paintworks looked shabby by Premier Inn standards but it never spoiled our night.

This hotel has the advantage of free parking, just remember to register your vehicle on check in. Everything was as expected from a Premier Inn with an attached restaurant, friendly reception staff and clean, comfortable rooms, however my only downside was the bathroom. It was dated with a bath with a fixed shower, it was difficult to adjust as only the head was adjustable if you were tall enough to reach it. Also it took me a while to realise the extractor fan switch was high up making it difficult for shorter people to reach. I initially didn't even realise there was an extractor fan as it wasn't obvious. Overall perfectly ok for a short stay.
