  It's a Premier Inn, what can I say, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and tidy and I would definitely recommend Premier Inn.

  No air-conditioning was the only problem but a fan was in the room and the windows open to let some air in Apart from that excellent

  I always prefer to use Premier Inn when travelling as I have found that they tend to be fairly uniform and generally very good. This Premier Inn was not really up to scratch. The bed was not made up to the usual standard and the room was not very clean. That aside, the staff we saw were very helpful and lovely so have given 4 stars.

  Katie the manager checked me in and was very thorough with everything, even checking I was ok with being in the annexe. Very welcoming and polite, my stay here was great

  Rooms were exactly as advertised but the floors were quite creaky. No air conditioning but pedestal fans were sufficient. Molly and Ellie were very friendly and helpful but other receptionists not so much. Location was excellent. Very close to main road and 5 minutes away from big Sainsbury. Breakfast was hearty and lots of variety available at the restaurant next door. Linen and towels provided were good quality. No intercom / phone in the rooms. If there was an issue we had to go all the way to reception to discuss the issue.
