Outstanding stay at Premier Inn Uxbridge! I arrived just before 11am after requesting early check-in less than 24 hours beforehand, and the team were incredibly accommodating. While waiting for my room, manager Sammy kindly treated me to a complimentary buffet breakfast even though I wasn’t entitled to one that day — such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated.
The service throughout was warm, friendly and professional. Huge thanks to Sammy and the whole team for making my stay such a pleasant one. Highly recommended! Olu Jatto
SUPERB customer service from Dhanu and Adam (reception), who were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay.
Premier Plus room was lovely, clean, soo comfy and quiet, with good amenities.
Everything worked efficiently, the room attendants were wonderful and courteous, breakfast was delicious.
Highly recommend this hotel.
Only negative point was the booking process from Main Call Centre, as despite repeating my personal details 3 times, the agent still managed to get everything wrong (English language was sub standard), which resulted in wrong email, wrong billing address etc, causing much frustration.
The agents manning the call centres should possess a good standard of English, and repeat back all important details to ensure these mistakes are not made.
Great location and the staff is very kind and helpful, specifically Adam, Curtis and Wendy. The others are great, I’m sure, but we haven’t had the chance to meet them. Bed is also a lot more comfortable than you would expect.
For the price it is worth it, including the price of breakfast.
Had such a wonderful experience thanks to Dhanu’s incredible hospitality. From the moment I arrived, he made everything feel warm, welcoming, and effortless. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, always with a genuine smile and thoughtful attention.
It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about making others feel comfortable and valued, and Dhanu absolutely excels at it. His kindness, professionalism, and positive energy made a lasting impression.

My partner and I recently visited this hotel.
It is in a great location, with the tube only being a minute away (literally), it was great, we were able to get into the center of London stress-free!
Uxbridge is good as well, as there’s lots of shops, restaurants, cinema, Hollywood bowl ect. So, lots of things to do! This is also within a five minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel itself was okay, there were a couple of things that weren’t great. Even though our room was clean, it did look a bit tired. There were marks on the walls and the bathroom sink tap was all rusted.
In the room, one of our glasses wasn’t that clean, as there was still lipstick on one of the rims of the glasses and the towels smelt of burning (I guess where they’ve been left too long in the tumble dryer).
One of the doors to get to the lifts, from the reception wasn’t working and so anyone could just open it (security issue) and one of the buttons in one of the lifts was broke.
Also - there’s no WiFi, it says there is but there’s not. There’s WiFi in the restaurant but when you go to your room there’s nothing. But that didn’t matter too much to us, as we were out during the day anyway.
However, the staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Their service and kindness, out weighs the negatives I’ve mentioned above.
The manager Sammy, was very helpful and was kind enough to let us check-in early.
Wendy (in the kitchen) was also very friendly and helpful. But overall, all the staff were great and that’s why we’d come back again.
Also, the bed was comfortable and you could not hear any noise from outside, slept well.
Even though, there were some things cosmetically and functionally that could be improved with the hotel building itself, the staff were faultless and that’s why we’ll be booking here again for when we visit London in August!😊
