  As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely staff, Yuri and Molly. They were so sweet, kind, and extremely efficient with the check in process. I then walked into a stunning room that was exceptionally clean and fresh. Whenever I went out during the day, I was pleasantly greeted by the lovely staff 😁.

  Yuri is a highly valuable representation of premier inn. He is so smiley and warm. Individuals like him; I want to see when checking into any hotel. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves

  Avoid this hotel unless you don’t mind having your car broken in to and luggage stolen by the local scum. We booked this hotel for our Son’s birthday treat weekend. We arrived on Saturday 28th March at 11.30am. The lady on reception said that because we arrived before the check in time of 2pm, our luggage would be safe and have to remain in the car. Fair enough. But didn’t inform us that their car park had four cars broken in to over the past 6 months. So, non the wiser about this we headed in to London for the day. We returned back to the hotel at 10.30pm where we had found our car rear windscreen smashed in and mine and my wife’s suitcases stolen. Bear in mind the car was parked directly outside the hotel front door. One of the suitcases had important medication inside. We informed the receptionist who wasn’t particularly helpful or understanding about our situation. He eventually gave us a dustpan and brush to clear up the glass scattered all over their carpark. Absolutely no interest to help us out. My wife had to beg him for toiletries to tie us over for the night. He did say that the lady on reception when we first arrived should have offered to take our luggage in stating it’s their policy to do so. The next morning we found out that the night receptionist had charged us for an extra night after mistakenly checking us in twice even though the booking had already been paid upfront. We managed to speak to the hotel manager before we left on the Monday morning who was very understanding and compassionate about our situation and did apologise for the lack of empathy shown over the weekend plus the mistake with the extra charge. Even when we were having the car window replaced the autoglass engineer told us that he was replacing a car window in the same hotel car park recently and whilst he was doing so another car was being broken in to at the same time. This hotel seem to be a major hot spot for car break ins. Overall, a weekend which was meant to be a nice surprise for our Son’s birthday turned into a nightmare. The local police don’t seem that bothered about pursuing this as although there is cctv evidence of the break in taking place there appears to be no clear facial image of the suspect so it’s not worth their time to pursue and so have closed the case. We won’t be coming back to this hotel any time soon.

  The location is excellent, and the welcome was very pleasant from the moment I arrived. The parking space is excellent, and the room is fantastic and cozy, which is exactly what I needed after a long day at work. Thank you
