  Stayed here overnight and Jay Rajiv served me breakfast, very helpful and polite, 10/10 would recommend

  The service of the hotel is absolutely horrible. There was a lot of noise in the hotel in general. Everybody can hear when someone is walking in the alley. When we were there it look even like a party when around 3 am at night a big group of drunk young people shouted all the way. According to them I had to go out and stop it, but I don’t want to interact for my own safety with a group of young people. The security could have heard and seen this. We complained but even didn’t get a reaction from the manager and needed to call the customer service which didn’t do anything. They offer a good night guarantee but this is just nonsense and pure marketing. They can better call the place Premier Party Hostel. For me I will never go to any accommodation of Premier Inn.

  My partner and I were visiting friends. We asked Lisa if she had any recommendations of things to do around Romford. So that way when we met up with friends we could suggest a few things to do. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

  Een goed alternatief voor de dure kamers in Londen. Binnen 20-30 minuten ben je in het centrum van Londen. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt

  Typisches Hotel im Vorort von London. Man bekommt dort eine gute Alternative zu den teuren Hotels in der City. Das Frühstück war typisch Englisch und lecker. Beim Zimmer hatten wir erst ein sehr schlechtes erwischt, ein Tausch war aber nach kurzer Rücksprache am Empfang problemlos möglich.
