  The staff are lovely and helpful, particularly Mary would put a huge smile on my face each morning for breakfast. The rooms are standard/ as expected. The mattresses are very comfortable. However, I experienced poor WiFi on the first floor compared to my previous stays on higher floors. The location is amazing - very quiet despite being close to several shops.

  Great hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money, especially for London. I had a pleasant stay and would happily come back again.

  Stayed at Premier inn Angel Islington recently and had a really pleasant experience. Location is fab and posh. Plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurant around the area. Giovanni is very welcoming and kind to assist us. Breakfast is cheap for its price but with great choices. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, highly recommended.

  La ducha no funcionaba correctamente, el agua salía hirviendo, no servía la maniqueta reguladora de la temperatura, era imposible ducharse a esa temperatura. El lavabo no tragaba y se llegó a desbordar. Reportamos ambos problemas en recepción y ni siquiera subieron. Al realizar el check out el recepcionista, con malas formas, alegó que no sabíamos usarlo y ni siquiera se disculpó por el pésimo servicio. Tampoco estaba nada limpiop

  We had a lovely stay; the hotel is so well situated just off the vibrant Upper Street in Islington (350m from Angel tube) but because it is set back from the road it is surprisingly peaceful for such a well appointed hotel! The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive - I have to mention Elena and Eugenia in particular, whose customer service was simply outstanding! It was my daughter's birthday and they took the time to make a fuss even though they were very busy. They were very kind to us both. Overall for value, location, comfort, facilities and excellent food and customer service the hotel could not be bettered. Thank you!
