I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient. The breakfast was fairly simple with limited variety compared to some other hotels I have stayed at in Waterloo and Euston. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
The man welcoming clients during breakfast calls us "Boss". Feels very cheap.
The vending maching gave me the wrong item. I told the lady at the reception. She couldn't refund me, told me she would do something about it. Never came back.
The room had no fresh air. Impossible to open (even slightly) the window. Air conditioning impossible to go lower than 19. Couldn't sleep. Worse 3 nights I ever had in a hotel.
Positive : very well located. Breakfast ok.
Stayed here while away on a work trip the staff were lovely the room was clean and they were very accommodating I asked for a room with a bath and they insured I had one and the food in the restaurant is amazing
The reception staff monika and iowela were very friendly and welcoming
The good:
-Location is amazing. So close to tons of shops and 2 tube stations.
- Lots of things in the area and great to get around the city.
-The staff were very friendly and helpful.
-The rooms were clean.
-The bed was comfortable.
The bad:
-Paint? All over the carpet and furniture
- Drain in shower barely drains and broken toilet roll holder.
-The bed was quite small.
-The pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
-A/C doesn't work about 80% of the time. It turns on for a few hours when you're checking in, and then turns off. It gets HOT in our room. The thermostat is set to cool but it won't cool down.
I wouldn't stay here again.
Erstmal positives:
Die Lage zur U-Bahn ist super. Zum Heathrow ist es nicht weit. Die Gegend bietet alles was man braucht.
Nur Süßkram was man aufs Brot machen konnte (Nutella, Marmelade, Honig).
