We stayed here on the night of the London Marathon and paid a premium for a Premier Plus room, expecting a comfortable night's sleep. Instead, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and full of deep divots.
When we reported this to reception the next morning, the staff member assured us they would make a note and investigate. Based on this, we claimed the Good Night Guarantee. After waiting nearly three weeks, we were shocked to be emailed there was "no record" of our complaint, essentially calling us liars. Even after sending photographic proof of the mattress condition, absolutely nothing has been done to resolve this.
For the price we paid on a crucial night, the quality of the room and the subsequent customer service have been completely unacceptable. Avoid this location if you actually want a comfortable bed and reliable service.

Quartos e banheiros limpos.

If you’re a light sleeper, don’t even try. It’s next to the metro and you can hear everything. Also, really bad WiFi. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy otherwise.

Perfectly located, near everything.
At night pretty quiet.
Comfortable beds and spacious rooms, enough for two people.
The only thing was that we had to ask for cleaning service; if you don't order it, they will not make it. Once you ask for it, they make it and very good.
I don't expect my towels to be changed and my bed to be made every day, but after some days, and having only two towels in total (1 for the shower and 1 for the hands) for two people. You have to end up sharing, not my cup of tea.
