  Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, nahe der Haltestelle Woolwich/Woolwich Arsenal DLR sowie des Piers für das Uberboat. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zusätzliche Kissen sind in einer Tasche im Schrank vorhanden, sowie auch ein Wasserkocher, Tee und ein Föhn. Zimmerreinigung muss morgens an der Rezeption angemeldet werden. Dies habe ich während meines 5 tägigen Aufenthalts 2x versucht. Beim ersten Mal wurden nur die Handtücher getauscht, beim zweiten Mal wurde das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt. Ich würde erwarten, dass bei Reinigung auch das Bett gemacht und die Mülleimer geleert werden. Das Frühstück war kontinental und sehr preisgünstig. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

  My sister and I stayed here during our trip, and choosing this place was one of the best decisions we made. The location is excellent with restaurants, the train station, and the pier all within a five-minute walk, and there’s a Lidl conveniently located right across the street. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous, including the housekeeping team. A special thank you to Sharon, the manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. I would have given this place five stars, but the rooms do not include a fridge or microwave.

  We arrived early at about 11.30am and we were welcomed by Lara, we had booked 2 rooms and did not expect any to be ready that early. Lara checked anyway and also managed to switch so that both rooms were close by on the same floor, she also managed to get us top floor as well which was a super bonus. We left our luggage in their secure storage and went back into central london for the afternoon and evening. When we arrived back we checked in amd got all sorted and up to the rooms. We found the single bed in the twin room not made up but a quick trip to reception and 10 mins later it was all made up and sorted, no issues or complaints on this. Both rooms had big showers which is much better than the bath/shower combination. We only had breakfeasts at the hotel and these were superb as always. The hotel i brilliantly close to the Elisabeth line station, 2 minute walk and only a short walk to DLR and overground station, about 5 minutes. Also a short walk of aboutv7 minutes to the uber boat terminal and plenty bus stops right outside the hotel. Overall it is a brilliant location and hotel with close transport links. Cant thank Lara enough for sorting everything, a credit to premier inn and herself. This was 2nd stay here and will return again. Thanks to Lara and all staff for a brilliant stay.
