  Great location, central to the tube stations, good shops and restaurant nearby too, staff were all lovely. We never had breakfast in the hotel as due to being a coeliac I find premier inn isnt great for meeting my dietary needs, saying that I don’t often stay with premier inn so this could’ve improved since my last visit. My only complaint would be the WiFi being £5 per day for any decent service and the shower pressure isn’t great. But other than that we are already planning our next trip and booking into this hotel as our experience was brilliant 💜

  Danyaal was especially helpful. I don't normally have any questions or requests at a hotel, but I had a few this time, and Danyaal, despite being busy, was really great. Friendly, efficient, professional and he helped me with one request I expected I might get a no to. Overall, it is a value chain of hotels, and you get at least what you pay for. Clean, comfortable bed, free wifi (that's a little slow - you can pay for very fast wifi), good buffet breakfast for the price. Everything works, including the aircon which was very necessary since it was 36 degrees outside! Automatic check in is great - you can be in your room 2 minutes after arriving. The rooms do not have a fridge, or smart TVs, but you do get hundreds of live terrestrial channels.

  Great place to stay.Really friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and the beds are amazing,so comfortable. The location was perfect for getting around as you have a bus stop right outside, the Elizabeth line on the underground, the DLR station and the train station and the Uber Clipper which will take you by boat all within a few minutes walk.

  Victor was such an amazing host, ready and waiting to help me check in after my long journey. He was super polite and considerate, even asking about my day. After helping me sign in for my stay, he took great pride in explaining exactly where I would be staying. Victor was very knowledgeable about additional services that could assist visitors, informing me of the luggage care service they offer. Thank you Victor you made staying away from home much easier 👍🏻

  What a little gem. Do well situated fir transport links to the city but just far enough out of the city to enjoy wonderful food bars and local markets. The staff at the Inn were amazing nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast at the Beefeater was ok. The room was clean and cool especially in this heatwave. We will recommend a stay here
