  Can’t fault the room but service absolutely shocking waiting half an hour at reception to speak to someone, missing the train for them to short unapproachable and rude, rung the bell several times staff in the office having a chinwag

  If you've stayed in a Premier Inn before, you'll know what you're getting - this one is no better or worse than a standard PI. It is well located for Woolwich Armoury and also for the Thames Path parkrun.

  I don’t often leave negative reviews, but felt the need to do so after staying at the royal arsenal premier inn. The car park was out of use, and the restaurant and bar downstairs was closed, neither of which I was aware of upon arrival. The room was dirty, with many hairs left in the bath when I checked in. There was also a lot of banging noise throughout the night coming from above. Finally, the breakfast was poor. The coffee offered was instant sachets (same as in the bedrooms), fruit juice was served out of cardboard containers, and the food was cold and soggy. I stay in premier inns often as I travel for work, and this one stands out to me as being by far the worst.

  Only giving two stars because I was allowed to check in early at 9am. However there is an absolute horrrid smell of mold in the bathroom that lingered into the whole room. It never went away and made me so so nauseous for days after. Please fix the cleaning and smell

  One of the first things you look for when booking an Hotel in London is parking, we booked it because it showed it had parking. When we got there at 5pm the car park was gated off and out of use. We never got an email or any form of contacting to say the car park was out of use, luckily we found one close by, it was suggested we use one but when we got there you could only book it from 6am to 11pm, meaning you'd have to go and put credit on it before 6am!. The room was clean, but the toilet seat was broken and there was no hot water from the sink though the shower was OK. When we went to ask for a manage we was informed there was no duty manager just the restaurant manager so nobody we could talk to about the issues. When we got back to the hotel at 8pm for the restaurant we was informed it was shut so had to go and find somewhere else to eat. Not impressed for a Premier Inn sadly.
