Just needed a room for the night and just near Waterloo Station so location is good. However, problem checking in with the self checking machine so needed help so defeats the object of having them in the first place. The vending machine for drinks wasn't working in reception which was a problem as no water bottle in the room so ended up over paying for a couple of cans of coke. Room was comfortable for the night.

I'd say this is London's version of a Motel 6. I have been in far nicer 3-star hotels. Our room was tiny with a queen bed and not room for much else. The old carpet needs to be replaced and room could use a refresh. There are zero amenities - no safe/no hairdryer/no shampoo or soap although towels were provided. A couple of our outlets didn't work. There was a dispenser for water in the lobby that was empty the entire time. A vending machine which didn't work. That being said it was an excellent location and we felt safe being there.

Probably the best premier inn I have stayed in, very clean, staff very pleasant and helpful, and a lovely building. Ideal for Waterloo station, underground a couple of minutes away and all the attractions of the South Bank area. Approx 25 minutes walk to Covent Garden area, similar for Leicester Square.

I am from Canada and I stayed in this Hotel from the 8 th of September to the 12 th. The location was excellent right beside the London Eye, close to the Uber Boat which I took to the Tower of London and the Waterloo tube station was close by. Oh and I fell in love with Ned’s Noodle house, Gail’s Bakery and of course Starbucks which were all really close by. But the best part was the staff, I was treated extremely well by everyone I met in that hotel. It made my trip so much nicer to be smiled at and wished good morning so cheerily! When I return to London I will only stay here and I would highly recommend it to anyone who goes to London. Gloria Heinmaa

A special thank you to Rio at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful and provided us with exceptional service! He was so kind and welcoming when we arrived to the hotel exhausted after our international flight. He went above and beyond to help us with an early check-in. It’s not often that you come across someone who is that genuinely warm and accommodating, and Rio really made a great first impression on us. He is a huge asset to the hotel, and we really appreciated everything he did to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you, Rio!
