  Fantastic location immediately next to the London Eye and Waterloo Station for quick access. Staff is friendly and available, and their breakfast is expansive but I do recommend going early because they seem to stop restocking items around 10. The aircon does well (other reviews do seem to be correct that you cannot lower it past 19 but that did fine for us even on warmer days), and we slept soundly. The wifi is pretty sporadic unless you want to spend £5/day, although you might be lucky enough to be near Shrek's Adventure and connect to their wifi instead

  Sehr empfehlenswert: Ich war vier Tage hier und habe mich insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv möchte ich den Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorheben. Egal ob beim Check-in, Check-out, bei Fragen, mit dem Gepäck oder bei kleinen Problemen im Zimmer alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben schnell geholfen. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch bei kleinen Dingen wurde sofort reagiert. Zum Beispiel war die Dusche etwas rutschig, und auf Nachfrage wurden uns direkt zwei Matten gebracht. Auch einen Adapter für die britischen Steckdosen konnten wir problemlos an der Rezeption bekommen. Sehr praktisch und sicher fand ich den Gepäckraum. Die Koffer werden registriert und bei der Abholung kontrolliert. Gerade bei einem späten Rückflug ist das sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Auch M&S ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Sehr angenehm fand ich außerdem, dass man eigenes Essen mitbringen und im Hotelbereich essen kann. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist für mich das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war jeden Tag nahezu identisch. Für einen Tag völlig in Ordnung, aber nach mehreren Tagen etwas langweilig. Deshalb würde ich persönlich das Frühstück höchstens einmal buchen und die anderen Tage lieber verschiedene Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung ausprobieren. Mein Fazit: Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Für die Lage, den Preis, die Sauberkeit und vor allem den hervorragenden Service ist es eine sehr gute Wahl für einen London Aufenthalt.

  Pros: - family room was huge - comfortable beds - friendly, helpful staff (shoutout to Fay, in the restaurant) - lots of variety at breakfast, amazing coffee machine - location, you’re next to so many things! Cons: - our shower was only half enclosed and the floor was absolutely soaking when any of us were done with our showers. - the regular Internet provided was not great. Better internet was offered at a fee. Just provide guests with good, free internet. Don’t make us pay for it. - our tub had a very, very leaky faucet. Water literally ran out, didn’t drip. I told the staff but hopefully room 327 has been fixed before the next customer.

  Hotel con buena ubicación, está al lado de la zona de Westminster, London Eye y otras atracciones turísticas. El metro de Waterloo a 5 minutos andando y esto te permite visitar todo Londres con comodidad. La habitación es de muy buen tamaño, éramos 4 (dos adultos y dos niños) había 2 camas individuales y una de matrimonio, todas muy cómodas. Había espacio para moverse. El baño muy limpio, pero no tenía enchufe en el baño y la bañera era muy alta, había que sujetarse bien para no caer. Que la puerta del baño no se pueda dejar abierta es un poco molestia, pega portazo y además se concentra humedad. La habitación y cambio de toallas lo hacen solo si lo pides, pero eso te da comodidad de elegir el día que quieres que lo hagan. Los empleados son altamente amables. El desayuno es un poco básico. Hemos echado de menos algo de queso, jamón de York, leche con chocolate… con los niños son muy amables y atentos los camareros. El mayor problema con el que nos hemos encontrado es el ruido de motos. Parece que hacen carreras ahí por la noche o quedadas de motos. El ruido es insoportable e impide el descanso, hasta las 2 am que ya se marchan. Es algo que el hotel no puede controlar pero es importante saberlo para quien se vaya a alojar.

  This could easily have been a four- or even five-star stay—if the breakfast had been better and the surroundings had allowed us to sleep. The staff serving breakfast were outstandingly friendly, attentive and welcoming. Unfortunately, the breakfast itself did not match their level of service. I have stayed at other Premier Inn hotels with a noticeably better choice and higher-quality food, although, admittedly, I have not experienced that at a Premier Inn in the UK so far. The room also became uncomfortably warm. Be prepared to keep the windows closed while the weak air conditioning desperately recirculates the warm room air, without ever coming remotely close to the minimum temperature shown on the control panel. From around 9:30 p.m. and throughout the night, a group of people with apparently little concern for anyone except themselves used the street directly beside the hotel as their personal gathering place—and occasionally as a short racetrack. Good earplugs are therefore less of a travel accessory and more of a necessity. Curiously, this disturbance does not seem to concern anyone at the hotel or in the neighbourhood. If noise does not bother you either, feel free to mentally add at least two stars to my rating.
