Great 2 day stay here. Perfect location for visits to London as the tube is 1 min away.
Hotel staff from Reception to cleaning was amazing and a special mention Jacintha/Jasintha was able to accommodate our small need even through a very busy breakfast service.
We stayed here a Cpl of years ago and credit to them for keeping there standard high

Absolutely shocking experience – avoid this hotel
I had an extremely disappointing stay at Premier Inn Wembley Park and, quite honestly, I have never experienced anything like it. I didn’t get a single proper night’s sleep during my entire stay and had to change rooms three times because of serious cleanliness and hygiene issues.
The first rooms were dirty, with strange stains and mould. To make matters even worse, I eventually found bedbugs in my room, which was absolutely unacceptable and incredibly distressing.
What disappointed me almost as much as the condition of the rooms was the attitude of the staff. There was very little empathy or understanding, and when I asked for help, nobody was even willing to walk with me to the room to see the problem and assist me. I was left feeling completely unsupported.
I have also tried to contact the hotel afterwards by email regarding my complaint, but I have received no proper response. Despite everything that happened, I have not been offered any partial refund or compensation.
This was supposed to be a comfortable stay, but instead it was stressful, unpleasant and completely ruined my trip. For a well-known hotel chain like Premier Inn, this standard is simply unacceptable.

Only good thing about the hotel is the location. Extremely easy to walk to and from Wembley stadium, the main reason for booking but seeing as we paid a lot of money as it was an event day, we were really disappointed by our room and the hotel in general.
The first room we were sent to only had a double bed that was made even though we booked 2 singles. So we went back to reception and they gave us a room with a double bed and a single bed. Seems a bit unfair that someone gets a double and the other person gets a cheap sofa bed. Also plugs no where near the bed. Most annoyingly our toilet flush was faulty and you had to keep pushing it many times to get a full flush.
We wanted to order food when we got back to the hotel as they said it was on till 1am which was very nice of them to offer just sadly it was a limited menu. We had checked the menu in our rooms before going to the bar, then realised the limited bar menu didn’t have what we’d saw on the menu in our room. Handy that there’s a McDonald’s 5 mins away though!
I’d stay again for the convenience but for the price we paid we expected a lot better
I just wanted to share a positive post. I've been staying at this hotel for many years now, this is my 7th time. We had a family room and went to enjoy a concert at wembley. The staff on arrival, made everyone feel so special and hyped up. I wanted to give a shout out to Brivany on reception, she was super helpful and ensured we had the best time with our children! She deserves this recognition and so do all the staff. This has been the best stay with such positive staff in place who want to be helpful and including the children in feeling special too!
Well done premier. You should give those on front reception a bonus! See you next time we're in London!

Location was excellent for the Bruno Mars concert
The hotel is very dated and not appealing upon arrival
The room was disgusting, there was belongings on the floor from the previous guest which indicated the room had not been cleaned properly
The bathroom was rotten, the work top was covered in stains, the toilet roll holder was broken, the bath had a hole in it. There was holes in the skirting boards
One of the sockets didn’t work in the room so one of us unable to charge our phone
The windowsill and windows were scruffy
The breakfast , the bread ready for toasting was hard at 8am, the hashbrowns were hard and the beans were cold
I opted for cereal instead as hot breakfast was not enjoyable and the milk ended up not being chilled and was warm
For £350 for 1 night and it being a premier inn I expected better
