Big thanks to all the staff at Premier Inn Wembley Park. My husband and I had a lovely stay and were treated well by the majority of the staff, namely David the manager - very polite and gentle, Paolo every evening for dinner - extremely professional, upbeat and sociable, Luna at reception - very kind and helpful, Jacinta for breakfast - so welcoming and generous & the cheerful new trainee - extremely friendly. Big thanks to the chef for the delicious food and the cleaning lady, for our room which was always immaculate. An extremely pleasant stay! Thanks so much 🙏

Located near Wembley Park Station and only a short walk to Wembley Stadium and Arena, this was the perfect location for the concert we were attending. The hotel itself was clean and staff were very friendly. Our room was spacious with a view of the Wembley Arch and, at night, it looked lovely. There is another Premier Inn nearby which is more expensive and has probably been upgraded but, for one night, this option suited us. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. Would particularly mention Jacintha who was very helpful and seemed happy in her work. Her knowledge of the area helped us to decide how to spend our time the morning after the concert. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed on a Friday night to see a theatre show. The hotel is ideally situated for the Wembley Park tube station and all the Wembley venues. Check in/out was easy and we could leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out. The room was clean and spacious. We only booked breakfast, but it was good value for money with plenty of choice in a nice restaurant. Special mention to Jacintha who was serving at breakfast and made our stay even more special.

Excellent location for the Stadium and the Arena. All staff were friendly and the service was second to none as they say. Jacintha in the dining room was lovely and so helpful. However t he rooms could have done with a little update particularly the bathroom and the plumbing needs attention although we were in room 604. The running water was a bit haphazard and the plug got stuck in the sink and the toilet didnt flush well. Though all in all a great stay.

An 5.
