  Location superb for wembley hence why we booked. Paid a hefty £364 for the night without breakfast! Arriving from scotland so we got to the hotel for 11.15am. On check in we were offered early check in for an extra £15!! If the room is ready surely its ready why the extra charge!? Anyway we paid the extra to go dump our bags. The room was huge BUT certainly not clean. Bathroom mouldy and possibly the worst shower ive ever experienced ever! Shower dial was so hard to turn on and off and the shower head dreadful! Was so tired looking and just unkept looking marks and stains all over the walls. Could do with a major makeover. We didnt eat or drink there so cant comment on that. The only staff member we seen was on check in first thing in the morning she was pleasant. Check out in the morning complete shambolic no staff anywhere to be seen and half the hotel in the foyer trying to get checked out! Location was honestly superb but thats the best i can say about it.

  Bits of wood in the bathroom a bit tatty. Door in corridor next to impossible to open quietly as it would stick. Lift doors very slow and didn't instill confidence... Neither did the big clunk one of them made on every descent about floor 2 or 3. TV in bar was on but not reliably so. Kept flicking on and off of Sky News. Just felt a little tired but wouldn't take much to sort everything - which in some ways is more frustrating. Above said, great sized car-park, staff were friendly and the location is good.

  Check in was easy well looked after by Abdul, this is my go to hotel when in London, easy parking and good tube links to town
