  On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Vivi Sarah and were quickly checked in and booked in to the restaurant for 30minutes time. We partially unpacked and settle into the room and place a few light items on the desk top (tablet and phone on charge) As we left our room on the 2nd floor, I positioned the chair back under the desk and the whole thing collapsed, my first reaction was to catch a very heavy table top to which my husband came to support. Luckily our young children were by the door waiting to head down for dinner. Vivi Sarah was extremely helpful and initially reported they were fully booked and concerned they would not be able to relocate us into another room. They requested consent to enter the room whilst we were having dinner to see if they could make it safe and clearly reported that they were unable to have us return to the room due to safety. The connections between the desk legs and top were not deep enough to connect safely to make it stable. Vivi Sarah managed to get us another family room and sorted out the parking but we’re were very relieved our young children were not near this as they would have been crushed!

  Stayed again as have stayed before. A good base to explore London from the nearby Tolworth station. Unfortunately the air con in our room was not working properly. The food deal of £27.99 per adult for two course in the evening and breakfast (including a free child’s meal) is worth it although certain dishes are better than others in terms of obviously being cooked from frozen or fresh. Service a little slow. Biggest problem for me as an electric car owner was that the multiple electric charging points in the car park are not operational. The only explanation I was given was, ‘That’s not a service we offer any more.’

  We stayed here as a family while visiting Chessington World of Adventures. I don't usually leave reviews, but Danielle on reception truly went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, she made us all feel so welcome. She took the time to chat with our children, interacted brilliantly with them, and made the whole experience feel warm and personal. She also helped us book dinner and provided friendly, efficient service throughout, always with a smile. Although the restaurant was busy and a few menu options were unavailable due to a large group booking, this was explained clearly and professionally. Ray, the chef, even came out personally to see whether he could offer suitable substitutions, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The food was delicious, and the service from everyone was exceptional. Thank you to Danielle, Ray, and the whole team for making our stay such an enjoyable one. We really appreciated the outstanding hospitality. Thank you from Room 102 on 03.08.26.

  My daughters and I stayed for one night as part of our visit to Chessington World of Adventures and we’d highly recommend it. We parked in the underground car park which is tight on space but very convenient with a lift right up into the hotel (great with 2 young kids!). The lady at check-in was so helpful, even though I’d used the machines to check in, she rushed ahead of me to hold the door open to where the lifts were. Our room was clean and spacious and we all slept well. In the morning, it was very busy and they were clearly very short staffed but both members of staff were very friendly and were working extremely hard to keep everything clean and replenished whilst also running the checkin/out desk. Clare on reception was very helpful in sorting out our parking before we left. We’d definitely stay again!

  Our stay at Premier Inn Tolworth was exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with really comfortable beds and perfectly soft pillows, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. We were travelling with children, and Mani, who was working the night shift, was incredibly helpful with all the questions and little things we needed during our stay. He was quick, thorough and professional, and made us feel very welcome as a family. Gayathri, who was working the morning shift, was also fantastic. We met her during breakfast, and she was warm, kind, friendly and genuinely helpful. Her hospitality really added to our experience. Overall, the entire team at Premier Inn Tolworth made our stay feel easy, comfortable and enjoyable. It’s a great family-friendly hotel with excellent customer service, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We look forward to staying at Premier Inn Tolworth again next time we’re in the area!
