  This was a nice hotel to stay at. I stayed for one night, and the room was perfect temperature and I had a lovely nights sleep. When I arrived, the room I had booked did not match the number of beds in the actual room I was given. This was disappointing so I had to go back to reception to ask for another room. Overall it’s a nice hotel. It is however quite far from Stanley Station which is a bit annoying.

  Well dear me,our experience was very different to those lovers endearing reviews. I don't have any notions of who I am. Arrived Saturday morning, guy at reception didn't even lift his head or acknowledge six of us. He smirkingly said rooms not ready until 3.Understood. Came back later and paying in cash for breakfast, small amount,they had to open the charity box for 4 pence change which I told them to keep. Next morning breakfast was booked for 8.15. Waitress impolitey said we didn't have a booking for 6 people.We had. Sent us to a table,which coincidentally had 6 chairs,and wait.Next guests in were also looking for a table for 6,to which she replied 'no problem I will get you sorted '. When we got our table she told us we had to be out in half an hour.Food was 'reasonable '. This lady was catering for quite a number of guests with cameo appearances from one other. Outside the hotel was undeniably third world,rotten. Years old Cigarette ends, litter,weeds, unbelievable. Monday morning a bit better inside, but outside getting worse with empty glasses, bottles ,butt's, weeds taller etc etc. TV not working,a window permanently closed in room3 and sewer regurgitating in the other room. I don't want any empty apologies, I would appreciate a financial apology.

  We stayed here for a wedding, there were quite a few family members and friends who stayed here. Rooms were clean and cool with air con. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. And very good receptionist called Brian he was very helpful and booked us tables for the wedding party for the day after. Very much appreciated thank you. 😊 enjoyed the stay and slept well. 👌
