  La ubicación es excelente, la habitación silenciosa, funcionaba todo bien, la cama muy cómoda y las sábanas muy lindas, el único detalle es que en el baño algunos días había un olor a alcantarilla y aveces se filtraba ese olor en el cuarto, por lo demás todo bien, llegamos antes de tiempo y nos dejaron guardar las valijas, el personal muy amable, tiene dos super al frente abiertos hasta tarde,es un buen alojamiento. Te dejan cápsulas de café y agua de cortesía!

  The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the night sleep was flawless. Nice comfy beds and quiet rooms. The premier plus room was lovely and definitely worth the little extra we paid. I was however disappointed with the accesible room. The turn to get into the room was extremely tight and there wasn't a massive amount of space in the room to store my mobility scooter. I also felt unsafe in the shower. Although there were grab rails, the positioning wasn't the best as there wasn't one to safely hold when I wanted to step out of the bath. That alongside there being no anti slip mats or seating whilst in there made me feel vulnerable and uneasy. I would stay here again but probably only if there was a wet room available as I feel like that would be better suited to my mobility needs. All in all though, I had a great stay for my 40th birthday and would recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

  Just returned home from a long weekend. We had a lovely time. The staff was amazing especially the 2 night time staff on bar. Can't remember there names. Made us feel welcome lovely guys. The room was clean. We ate 2 nights in the restaurant lovely did this with the breakfast deal. Reasonable pricing. Backage storage so we didnt have to cart them about on day of arrival & day of departure. If we return to London we will be using this hotel. Highly recommended.
