  Brilliant hotel! Big rooms! Good variety breakfast alwith Gluten free options and lots of choices. Lovely and kind staff. Clean and safe. Rooms are little dated and could use a good a bit of tlc, our family room had a shower that was not movable on the top which made showering the kids a little difficult, please look into having the other movable option hotel management. But over all the food options for lunch and dinner with nice. Tube a stone throw away with a little high street with lots of food choice and a very big asda, as well as boots and other shops. Not a shopping high street. Over all great stay.

  not a bad place but made me pay for unlimited breakfast even though the sign said 16’s free and im 16, worker said ‘i dont look 16’ although disagreeing i stil had to pay 🤷‍♀️

  Looked at this hotel for booking for the heatwave as have no access to AC and a medical condition and note that they have more than doubled their prices for the days that will be hottest. Totally put me off the brand. Understand surge pricing for holidays but for conditions that are a danger to public health ? Totally shocking

  I had a great experience! Anjith was brilliant and was a great server! Nice teas as well, and good, offering brilliant deals for families!

  Laylee was super helpful and professional. Can’t comment on the rooms as I didn’t stay but great place for breakfast and space to work or take a meeting.
