  Dirty threadbare rooms and unhelpful staff. The area round the hotel was run down and felt unsafe at night. The food was mediocre. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, unfortunately I had no choice in this instance

  A well situated hotel close to the station with regular trains going to central London. Very friendly and helpful service. Evelyn was extremely accommodating to my parents, supporting them with various requests and a room change. Thank you!

  I stay at the Premier Inn Sidcup regularly and have always found the staff to be professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. The whole team are approachable and welcoming, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. I’d particularly like to mention Evelyn, who has gone out of her way to help me on several occasions, including with practical things such as printing documents and other requests during my stays. She is always friendly, efficient and willing to help. A consistently positive experience and a lovely team. The excellent service from Evelyn and the rest of the staff is one of the main reasons I’m always happy to stay here again.

  Had the worst experience at a Premier Inn in London. I honestly never expected this level of quality from a hotel in London. The bathroom and floor were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Our family room had no proper window or fresh air, which made the room feel uncomfortable and unpleasant. The bathtub was very old, dirty, and had a bad smell. What was shown in the pictures was completely different from the reality. We booked a family room expecting a reasonable standard, but the actual condition was extremely disappointing. For the price and reputation of Premier Inn, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. Never expected from Premier Inn.
