  Needed a place to stay last minute with work the price was right and the room was nice clean and cosy would stay again if in area staff wonder and helpful

  The service here is 2nd to none, the staff are probably the best I’ve encountered at any hotel, nothing is too much bother, the rooms are very clean and having a nice secure carpark just adds extra to this particular premier inn. A big thank you to Emily, Armenia and Ineta you’re the reason I have returned over the past 3 years.

  The stay was okay overall, but there were quite a few frustrating issues. The bathroom door didn’t lock, which wasn’t ideal, and the bathroom itself didn’t feel very secure — the floor felt like it was going to give way in places, and the bath constantly creaked and felt loose whenever it was used. The Wi-Fi was also very poor and unreliable throughout the stay. Arriving at the hotel wasn’t a great experience either. I had to wait around 5 minutes just to get into the car park because nobody answered the intercom, and I ended up having to ring the hotel itself and then procede to go through an AI assistant before finally getting through to reception to open the gate. Reception itself was also difficult to find because of ongoing renovations, and there was nobody out front to greet guests or direct them. The room layout was a bit strange too — the entire left-hand side of the bedroom is covered by curtains, which makes you assume there’s a large window behind them, but the actual window is only a little over a metre wide. Because of that, the room felt quite enclosed and smaller than expected. That said, the room itself was tidy and presentable, everything worked properly otherwise, and there was a nice view overlooking Sidcup High Street.
