  Absolutely appalling experience. My wife, who is eight months pregnant, and I drove over four hours in 37°C+ heat to stay at Premier Inn London Ruislip. When we finally arrived, we were told that our room had been given to another guest because the air conditioning in their room wasn’t working. Instead of finding a solution, the receptionist simply told us “tough luck,” cancelled our booking, and was one of the most rude and dismissive people I’ve ever dealt with. There was no apology, no attempt to help us find alternative accommodation, and no consideration whatsoever for my wife’s condition after such a long journey. As a result, we were left stranded in London and had to pay over £400 for another hotel at the last minute. I’ve genuinely never heard of a hotel giving away a confirmed booking like this and then treating customers with such complete disregard. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and customer service was shocking. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking here, especially if you’re travelling with children, elderly relatives, or someone who is pregnant. This was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

  The room was lovely, clean and just what we wanted for the price! there was nice snacks in the reception and lovely staff. Good place to stay for gigs at wembley as we came back via tube very easily.
