  Very nice staff and the room was very comfortable. Parking available. It’s a very small hotel in a rundown area- however practical for us to get into London. Recommend again for friendliness of staff- amazing!

  One of the shabbiest Premier Inn hotels I have ever stayed at. Not the standard I am generally used to from their properties. Friendly staff, but that didn't make up for a room that looked extremely worn.

  I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help especially the reception lady Pooja she helped me a lot . The location was perfect, making it easy to get around, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be coming back!
