  I went there for breakfast there was no sausages hash browns and mushrooms and not got some pastry. I went back for dinner as they have new menu. Lisa and Jason done there best but half the new stuff on menus they have not got as they have problems with delivery’s. As I found out as I ask for deserts they did not have on the menu I was told to try the chocolate brownie we waited ages for our desert we saw the chef Sam go behind the bar help himself to drink and go back in the kitchen. When I got it there was 2 small pieces I would not recommend chocolate brownie. I was told there was no banana but chef found some because he sent cheesecake from the old menu and it ment to be biscoff cheesecake.

  Fantastic staff, really warm welcome on checking in. Usual Premier Inn rooms: good, comfortable, USB and power sockets at the bedside (something you don’t always get at a Travelodge or Ibis or Sheraton) and the breakfast was okay. Plumbing and a/c are a bit noisy but I’m sure that’s not unique to this property. Handy for the Elizabeth Line etc and there are loads of shops and pubs nearby for food and drink. Great value. Not a great view from back-facing room but it’s Romford not Venice and I’m sure most guests don’t care (I didn’t!)

  There is no parking at the hotel and the local car park is £16.50 per 24hrs.

  Booked 5 nights stay at this hotel, the receptionist male complimenting my partner a lot on check in, did not think nothing about it. at 4am got woken up to him banging on my hotel room door by the same man asking to come in to the room because he thought there was more then 2 people in the room, very creepy. we could not get back to sleep after this as me and partner have problems with our sleep. had to relocate hotel as partner did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel. was furious as wasted 4 night stay because of this.
