  I was honestly going to give this a 5 star review, however the flush system in the rooms is weak. Which is a significant concern. I've had to manually handle it with the kettle in the room 🫤

  Great place to stay.!! Huge THANK YOU to Sylvia for always looking after us, very professional & friendly. Room's always cosy, clean & comfortable. Staff/ housekeeping very accommodating.

  I really had an amazing experience. The staff made sure we had a clean room and was very friendly. The beds are wonderful and comfy aswell.

  What lovely staff! from the moment I walked in. Staying here for the heatwave and arrived early. Staff accommodated a room before check in and a shout out to Jason who kindly added a breakfast to my stay. First time staying here and already feel well accommodated for and comfortable, thanks again! 🙂

  The place is ok . Some really silly things like a group of us there for a funeral. After travelling for hours on one of the hottest days. So a double rooms booked for 2 people in each room all only have one towel in them. What's that about. The poor lady was on reception/bar/ waitress taking orders and take away orders for the rooms. Her computer system was down and the poor woman was on her own on the phone to support and people trying to use them silly self checking machines asking for help.. ! It was not her fault but I am 💯% sure I'm not the only one to complain. Would not go back if that's the way they use and abuse their staff.
