  Not Hygiene. Look the fotos, they describe the conditions of room, as I checked in. Hair and dust on WC (look the fotos), the water stopped as i start to use water. Some speck on towel and bed sheets. I ask for cleaning, but there nobody available for that, promised that tomorrow will be done properly, but the toilet remained same with hairs. I mean it’s not ok for even 20£/night hotel! Some matters are minimum and basic. The room had windows, but not possible to open.

  Poor facilities. Poorer managerial interaction. The lifts kept breaking down and although this was beyond the control of the reception staff, the defensive and patronizing manner in which my queries were met with was in poor taste. Parking is also not close by but a good way away at a shopping centre’s car park. Not convenient if you have luggage. It was a short stay and the room/bed/cleanliness was what we have come to expect from Premier Inns but the lack of well functioning facilities and the unwelcoming managerial manners makes this a low quality stay option.

  Good stay for a work trip in the area! Shout out to the lady in reception (sorry should have got your name) who helped me to swap room as I wasn't happy with the initial room (smelt of smoke and noisy neighbor) this really made my stay much more pleasant. Super convenient evening for me as my work trip staples if pure gym and nandos are right next door!

  Breakfast was great- Dee who made and served it was so kind and provided amazing service. Rooms were quite big and clean- couldn’t have asked for more

  The place felt unclean, abandoned and neglected. We arrived in the evening, the elevator was broken and we had to walk 4 flights with our suitcases (no help was offered). When I arrived in the room there was no phone and only enough towels for one person…so I had to run all the way downstairs (and back up) to ask for more …and needed another key, as they had only given me one, but the key was needed to keep on the electricity in the room. There are No USB outlets or safe. I was forced to take a cold shower due to lack of hot water on our last day. There were ever growing piles of laundry and dishes in the hallways while we were there. There was a general feeling like it wasn’t a place anyone cared about, we were relieved to leave. All that aside it was a good location for visiting family in Orpington.
