  Camere puzzolenti e servizio ristorazione che lascia desiderare! Da una settimana che li dico che voglio la pulizia della camera e ancora non è stata pulita! Hanno cambiato solo gli asciugamani e basta! Non mangiate lì! Posizione ottima.

  The breakfast was so delicious, crispy hash brows, variety of eggs (request if needed), bacon, beans, mushrooms, black crispy pudding. The chef Dee was not only kind and professional but she went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary requirements and preferences. She is an exceptional chef and the staff here are so lovely I would highly recommend. Once again a huge thank you to Dee (chef), Sobia (duty manager) and Rudo.

  Stayed here for the week whiles on business and it was the best decision i made. i love me a good breakfast and the thyme resturant did not disappoint. The Cook Dee was exceptional, great customer service and hot food cooked and layed out regularly. Emough cooked food thst its remains fresh and you're not waiting all morning for a meal and not too much so its not sitting out too long. She would regularly refill the trays as needed. Ive stsyed at others where you are kept waiting and sometimes refused service. I think other premier inn resturant need to adopt this method. Location is a nice touch too. Bang in the middle of orpington, everything u need, shops, cinema, dominos and many other take aways. Rooms are huge too with a massive king size bed. 5 out of 5 and would defo be staying again.

  Large clean room in central Orpington! We had the best night's sleep on the comfy bed! Great rates and self check-in worked a treat! Staff were available if needed. 5/5 👍👍👍👍👍
