  Things I liked. Clean tidy cool room with comfy bed. Half hour walk to Alexander Palace. The staff I had dealings with were friendly, efficient, just great. Shout out to Sonila and Sue. Things I didn't like was Ravioli I had for supper. Under cooked and swimming in oil. I would definitely recommend.

  I had booked and paid for two rooms for me and my guests. We had a most unpleasant experience at check-in when we were met by a desk person who refused to see my confirmation email but insisted that I come up with the name of the person who had the second room. I had when attempting to check in online entered the names of all my guests. After condescendingly suggesting that I did not understand her, she gave me keycards to rooms on the 4 floor, one set of key cards did not work and after the third trip down, and after much sneering condescension about not knowing how to use a key card and patronising guidance of “keep it away from your phone”, she grudgingly came up only to find that the room was occupied by another customer who awakened by our attempts to open the door, did so from the inside. No apology was offered to me.

  Great value and well located for our trip to London for the Arsenal parade. Excellent service and nice rooms.

  Not a picturesque spot but great for the purpose. The 5th floor room was fabulous, with beautiful views and a bathroom with a tub. Bar is fine with a 5-9pm Happy Hour. Reception woman was very kind and warm; Mantas and all other staff excellent.
