  Nice enough hotel. But do not under any circumstances park a work van here. Despite a barrier and cctv vans are constantly broken into here and no one cares at all.

  Not walkable from the airport, if you were hoping for that. Room itself was perfect. Restaurant was disappointing - not only were they out of at least five items from the menu, I got violent food poisoning from what I was able to order.

  I just came to the Premier Inn terminal 5 opposite the The Thistle to have some lunch. Wanted to try their beer battered fish and chips are was told they are out of it. This says a lot about a restaurant that on a Saturday afternoon they are Out of the traditional meal that I guess most of the tourists want. The person on bar didn't even smile or greet. I ordered Bbq wings and chicken goujons and a pint of beer. The wings were from the freezer and very small in size for the price paid. The goujons were ok but again frozen food. I would not recommend anyone to use their restaurant as the service was the worst I have seen in any of the Premier Inn's I have been upto date.

  The staff are fantastic, very friendly, helpful, polite and cheerful and seem to genuinely care. The rooms were as expected but clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, could not fault. The breakfast was outstanding, food was excellent. One negative was the pizza, bit of a Tesco frozen pizza vibe to it but still perfectly edible. Would stay here again.

  You know what you get with premier inn so usually go for the brand. Easy to get to the airport by a short bus ride that wasn't too long and google maps was accurate with bus timings for my early morning flight. The staff are always so nice in Premier Inns too. However the floor in my room was wet, unsure what happened and the toilet backed up making me think they were connected, so you lost a star. I could have just asked to change rooms as soon as my socks soaked through but I just wanted to sleep. However, would stay again as the location works and the wet carpet may have been a one off.
