I had a wonderful dining experience at Premier Inn Wimbledon South. A special thank you to the chef Jenny, who prepared excellent food that was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and it was clear that great care and attention went into the meal.
I would also like to praise one of the host, Judith, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. They were warm, attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The combination of fantastic food and exceptional customer service made our visit truly memorable. Thank you to the team, especially the chef Jenny and the host, Judith, for such a pleasant experience. I would happily recommend Premier Inn Wimbledon South to anyone looking for great hospitality and excellent food.
Working away for 6 weeks, I was staying in Epsom, had to vacate due to Hotel being booked out for the Epsom Derby, so came here for 1 week. Not impressed at all, for 1 night maybe, would be ok, but to spend a week here was uncomfortable and i missed the previous Hotel, that was half the price and twice as good, for £120 a night, it's a scam, its just not worth it, its very basic, smelt of damp mould, most likely because the bathroom floods when showering, the shower door has been fitten wrong, you can put your fingers under the seal where its supposed to rest on the bath edge, reported to reception, guy came and swapped the seal strip, still get your fingers under and still flooded, the whole door needs lowering 🙄 TV has restrictions so you cant hear it during the day with the noisy main rd, or use an HDMI streaming device, despite charging £5 a day for WIFI, free WIFI is pathetic, much slower than your 4g, no iron, no fridge, cheap vile PG tips tea bags, extortionate vending machines, i could go on more, small gripes, i know, but they add up to making your stay regretful. There's much better at half the price out there. I cant wait to get out of here.
Too add more, went to the restaurant, Makhani curry, tried to charge me £15.50 for a microwave meal, it was disgusting, tried to tell me it wasn't microwaved, but, it was, no professional Chef cooked that from fresh, Naan (that's not naan bread) two tiny Supermarket packet breads, dry and cold straight out of the packet, i dont know how they had the audacity to serve that, i sent it back, refused to pay and walked out laughing.
