We arrived early due to unforseen circumstances and as the room was ready, the lady at recpetion kindly let us check in early at no extra cost. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. However, the quality of the room, although nice, did not match the high cost, although I am aware that this is the standard when a concert is on. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, which was mostly good. The location is perfect for Wembley Stadium - which is a ten minute walk away.
Our one real issue was, when we checked out the next day, and asked where we could get a taxi from, we were advised to call Chosen Cabs using the phone in reception. We booked our lift, and we told it would be 10-15 minutes. The driver took 45 minutes to arrive in the end, after several messages exchanged, and calling back for an updated eta. We did not feel safe in the vehcile. There was no cab plate identifying the car as a taxi, and no identification on the dashboard that he was a listened taxi driver. The car was dirty, with rips in the seats, etc, and the main console had the incorrect date and time on it, and said the car was going at 0mph. Due to this, which was disconcertaining as we were two women, we felt it nessasry to get out Google Maps to ensure we were being taken to the right place. Also, we were only told when we asked whether card payments were accepted once in the vehcile that it was cash only, or bank transfer, so as we didn't have cash, we paid via bank transfer - a higher price than the cab we took on the way (the price was also set before we'd got in the vechile) - and it was to a private, not company, account. I do not recommend using them.
Staff were very friendly and helpful customer service was great. Only a 1 night stay. Other than paying for parking for 2 full days it was a nice stay. I would stay again if there was another event to attend nearby.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish at our time at the premier inn, Bradley who was working on reception was nothing but helpful from start to finish, his service and kindness is a credit to this hotel, thank you so much Bradley!

Friendly check-in great roommate 13th floor, overlooking Wembley Stadium. Great location and sort of reasonable price - cheaper than the Hilton but not the usual price! Comfortable bed, large room, coffee making, good air conditioner, etc. The downsides: the bathroom was made up for 1 person (towels), bar massively understaffed. And maintenance seemed to have gone awol! Men's toilets horrid - sink taped off; seating in the bar area ripped, keys in the lift taped on!
Anyway, a great location and comfortable room. It's a Premier Inn.

It was terrible. The key cards did not work . Elevator got stuck . Sink was clogged and toilet was blocked . Shower didn't work . Stains on bedding. Peculiar smell on pillows. Expired milk . Broken hangers. Soggy bed. Expired cheese. Ignorant staff. I couldn't sleep that night, it was the most horrible experience ever.
