  Stayed at the hotel for business again. Greeted as always by the welcoming staff. Air conditioned room lovely and quiet for work purposes. Alen and the rest of the restaurant staff doing a great job. Food excellent. Without doubt I will stay again and would recommend to anybody.

  First the good stuff - such an excellent central location. Literally walked everywhere and such a buzz all the time right outside, but quiet as anything in the room. Walking distance of Waterloo station with lots of nearby supermarkets and loads of bars and restaurants. For a self-check in hotel, we didn’t expect to see m/any staff but there were always plenty of them when needed, and all were excellent, friendly, smiley and very helpful. Shower was wonderful and a super comfortable bed. However, a few of the basic things were disappointing, considering the top dollar cost per night we were paying. No drawers or shelves in bathroom, no bed side cabinets or surfaces for any personal items, no drawers or shelves at all for any clothes and only 6 hangers for two people. Sure it makes cleaning quicker, easier and cheaper for Premier, but having to half-live out of a suitcase as a result wasn't much fun. Loads of space for a sofa but just the one armchair?!? Low scores on tech too, small non-smart TV bolted on rigidly so a very limited view, except from one side of bed, and certainly not from the one armchair. No shaver/toothbrush charger in bathroom and wifi speed was from the early 2000's obviously to force people into using their £8-a-day normal wifi speed. So very much a mixed bag and such a shame to have what should have been a wonderful experience cheapened by such penny pinching cuts and omissions.

  Hotel muy centrico con atención muy buena. Habitaciones limpias. Para mi gusto, falta una nevera en ella. Paradas de autobus enfrente, metro tb. Waterloo stantion en el lateral y leake street al lado. Los atraviesas, sin ningun problema y descubres un barrio para tomar y comer

  Staff were just the best! So friendly and kind even gave my son a helium balloon which made his day. Great location. As always with premier inn lovely clean sheets, comfy bed, dark and quiet room. It was also lovely and cool in a very hot London. As is often the case with Premier Inn (and many other hotels) feels like it could do with a decor / carpet refresh but definitely one of if not the best I’ve stayed in.

  Excellent hotel situated in a great location with views from the front of the London eye and big Ben. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was located in the hotel for a very reasonable price. It was near tube stations that could connect you to major stations like kings cross. It was great for a week away but would also be excellent for a weekend trip away. Staff were very kind and helpful and made the check in process very smooth and prompt! Would definitely recommend great hotel!
