We only stayed one night and Glad. I can't complain about the staff as they were great. The room we were in was in dire need of a refurb as the bed base was all ripped, paint peeling in the corners and all the lower panels in the bathroom had blown and there was a really horrible smell in the corridor on the way to the room and in the lift area. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and the nearest underground was a 17min walk away.

Stayed here for 1 night after doing a charity walk. Paid £90 for a Premier room with a view. Cannot comment on food as we didn't eat here. Room was Very comfortable, very clean and spacious. Everything worked, lights, sockets etc. We got our guaranteed good nights sleep. Staff were lovely. Sorry but I didn't note any names.

My partner and I were in London for the evening and decided to give the London Tower Bridge Premier Inn a go, having stayed in others around the city. Paying a little extra for the city view was worth it - given that we had a moody autumnal event to admire before getting a good night’s rest. As it is in a quieter part of Southwark, the hotel has windows that were open - meaning it was very fresh and airy. The highlight of our stay, however, was the hotel team who were attentive, friendly and cheerful (not always the case with other Premier Inn hotels…). So - a comfy, enjoyable stay.

Everything was very clean and my friend and I felt very safe. We went for the package deal offered when we checked in. £39.99 for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant was pretty much empty and the service was great! However my friend and I both went for the salads which were very disappointing. Dry and not the best quality but edible. Got the impression that they mainly serve pizzas/burgers ect. Breakfast was fine, nothing out of the ordinary, perfectly pleasant. We paid £100 for the night which was a great deal considering the location! Would absolutely stay here again.

We have had the best weekend staying here. We had over 10 rooms booked for a family occasion. From the moment we arrived the bar staff were so friendly. All the staff at breakfast were so helpful. This morning our son celebrated his birthday and Maria, Viny, Ahmad, Emon and Renahy went out of their way to make it special for him. The staff here are a credit to Premier Inn and made our stay really enjoyable. Thank you so much we will come back.
