  Great value for money. Bedroom has everything needed, it is clean and the location is great, just across bus and metro station, with a mall on the opposite site and next to the station for Stansted airport. The breakfast is amazing and there are lots of vegan options.

  Our stay at Premier Inn has been genuinely wonderful, and I wanted to thank the entire team for making us feel so welcomed from the moment we checked in. Every interaction, from breakfast to lunch, has been met with kindness, friendliness, and such a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across a team that consistently shows this level of care. Even though this location is far from home, I would happily come back again because of how memorable and enjoyable they’ve made our stay. The staff here truly represent Premier Inn’s values in the best way. This wasn’t a hotel I had visited before, but after this experience, I’d gladly return. Thank you to everyone involved for making our time here so special. I am also sad to leave which just shows again the caring nature of the staff there. Thank you again.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to the manager, who clearly puts great care and dedication into running this hotel. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The location is also excellent. The station is only around a three-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to travel to Central London and other parts of the city. From there, you can conveniently get almost anywhere you need to go. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in London. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt well looked after throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit London. Highly recommended!
