  My daughter and her friend stayed for first time on their own on Tuesday evening , so could attend a concert. I recommended as a family have stayed here many times and highly recommended. Unfortunately their stay was very different check in staff very abrupt to them and charged them to leave bags which has always been free in the past and is advertised as free on your website. When went for breakfast again in an abrupt tone have you paid. Were they made to feel like this because they are 2 just turned 18 year old girls ?

  We stayed here for a gig at Magazine London and it’s ideally suited for a quick underground journey to Greenwich Tube Station. We walked through Westfield Shopping Centre to the end to find the hotel. It was self check-in which was quick and easy. We had everything we needed in our room and the bed was comfy as always, especially as I am a side-sleeper. Despite it being 30 degrees in London, we found the room to be very cool and the air con worked great.

  Good location, Stratford international dlr station right across the street, Stratford station is a walk from one side to the other side of the mall, from there you're in central London within 20 minutes by various tube lines or the dlr. Rooms are on the small side, but big enough for a few days. What bothered me was the sink and shower in the bathroom, there was almost no water pressure and in the sink there was a water saving feature which almost didn't let any water through, very annoying! Might book again, but because of the bathroom I'm not sure.

  We had an excellent stay at the Premier Inn Stratford and could not fault the experience. A huge thank you to Katie, the Hotel Manager, who is an absolute asset to the company. Her professionalism, dedication, and commitment to ensuring guests have a fantastic experience really stood out. It is clear she leads by example and has built an excellent team. A special thank you to Jai, who is one of the chefs and graduating to front of house.  It was lovely to see him out on the restaurant floor as well, providing such friendly, welcoming service. The food was excellent, with a great choice and everything cooked to perfection. We would highly recommend dining here. Finally, a big well done to the cleaning team – the hotel was spotless throughout our visit, and their hard work really made a difference. We had our grandson with us, and every member of the team made him feel so welcome. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we all had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend booking with these top-tier professionals. Thank you all for making our stay such a memorable one!

  My friend and I stayed at the Premiere Inn, Stratford on 17th and 18th July so that we could attend the Diamond League Athletics Meeting at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium. We parked easily in the Westfield Shopping Centre and the Premiere Inn was literally a few steps away from the carpark. It was also approximately 6-8 minute walk to the actual Stadium. On arrival, we were greeted warmly by a member of staff who helped us to check in. The room was perfect, spotless, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our short stay. There were lots of places to eat, including the hotel bar and restaurant, which was friendly and pleasant. The staff there were wonderful, polite, attentive and so willing to go the extra mile, despite the fact that they were so busy. Nothing was too much trouble! A particular mention to Jahamkeer, who went out of his way to make our stay memorable. I had hurt my foot and Jahamkeer actually went to the bar and give me a large bag of crushed ice, which certainly helped with the pain. Thank you! We stayed here last year and this year and intend to return again next year. Highly recommended!
