  This is the best Premier Inn that my husband and I have booked and we have stayed in many! We had tickets for the ABBA voyage show. This hotel is within walking distance of the arena and next door to a wonderful shopping and restaurant complex. For additional comfort, we reserved a premier plus room and were not disappointed. The extras that are included are great and worth the small extra cost. The aircon was most welcome as we were on the 10th floor. The hotel is kept very clean throughout and all the staff are very efficient and friendly. We feel that we must give a special mention to Jennifer who works at this hotel. She went above and beyond to make guests comfortable and helped us several times during our stay. She is a real credit to the hotel. We shall definitely stay here again during to the great location. We highly recommend!

  Really irritated that we couldn't check in . Staff were giving 100% but there simply weren't enough of them to contend with the number of visitors. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast fresh and hot with plenty of options.

  Food nice, staff friendly, a few issues we with room, skirting board filthy and hole in it, not enough drink materials in room, door issues, apart from that good all round service, better than the Ibis at docklands,

  I missed my pick up and the lady at the reception helped me out to make it to the airport and get my flight. The service is phenomenal and I couldnt be more thankful. The room is tidy, the bed is extremely comfortable and the westfield is right next to it. I stayed for 4 nights and felt extremely comfortable during my entire stay. Great hotel, can only recommend staying here!

  One night stay and would not stay a night more. Room was tidy but just quickly wiped over. The carpet had stains and felt dusty. The beds had duvets pulled over pillows and not tucked in per hotel standards. The best thing is the hair and body wash by Baylis&Harding. We didn't have the breakfast at the hotel as it was a way too busy on Saturday morning and went to the shopping centre instead, got paninis and coffee at Cafe Nero and some pastries from nearby bakery, which is situated to the left of the hotel and first shop as you enter Westfield (X2 Bakery) QR code check in machine are only for a decoration. One member of the staff was quick to assist us. Don't rush to check in at 3PM, everyone does that, give it 20 minutes and you save yourself a wait. I like the fact that the lift takes you directly to the entry/exit and you don't have to always go around the reception which is on the 1st floor.
