  One of the best Premier Inns we’ve stayed in. Firstly, the location is great — just a few minutes’ walk from St Pancras train station. Secondly, the reception team is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They really seem like they want to be there for their guests. A smiley gentleman checked us in, and an equally happy, friendly and helpful receptionist checked us out. For some reason, she even gave our children some chocolates, which was a really nice touch. While we were waiting for our bags, somebody from the team came over and offered complimentary water and squash to us and the kids. The design is on par with the service. The only slight let-down was that the breakfast welcome host was not quite as amazing as the rest of the team, and some items were not replenished quickly enough on the buffet. Still — five out of five. Thank you!

  Rooms were as you'd expect. Location is excellent. I would stay again. I did not like that they have removed the front desk and everything is self-service. Staff were nice when approached . I used the bar but not to sit for a while as it wasn't a comfortable & welcome environment. We didn't even see where the restaurant was which is a suprise as I've never not stayed in a premier inn and not had breakfast at least once. Missing the front desk, you lose the connection with staff so there is no incentive to book. Vending machines were practically empty.

  Exceptional welcome from all the team from Room Service staff to Hospitality (big thanks to Precious). We noticed how happy the staff are and how they enjoy working together. Hotel is spotless and perfectly placed to access transport and if you enjoy getting around by foot the walk off the main roads into the centre are great. I think it must be triple window glazing as no traffic noise and very quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a great stay!

  Premetto che alla fine non ho soggiornato in questa struttura!! Avevo prenotato una camera family x tre persone pensando ci fosse l'aria condizionata visto che nell'elenco dei servizi dell'hotel era presente anche il simbolo di tale servizio. Poi il giorno prima di partire ho scoperto che solo le camere premio plus erano climatizzate ma camere family non prevedono le "plus" ,quindi niente aria!! Io ho disdetto e cambiato prenotato un'altra struttura. Attenti quindi: le camere family non hanno l'aria condizionata anche se non è ben chiaro nel sito.

  We stayed in a Premier plus room with an under 2 toddler so they provided a travel cot which was perfect. The room was spacious and appeared clean, the facilities in the room were great and worth that bit extra for premier plus especially with a toddler. But after spending an hour in the room with the toddler walking around in there (the first time he walked all day) his bare feet were filthy despite the carpets appearing clean so they obviously weren't. This is in the middle of a very hot summer so socks aren't a thing for him right now. On our way out for the afternoon we stopped to speak to staff about this and the manager said all they can do is vacuum the room. We think they tried to use some kind of carpet cleaner because we had damp socks after walking in there on our return, but our sons feet continued to get dirty in the room throughout the stay. You could see the carpets in the communal areas of the hotel were extremely dirty. Aside from that the stay was nice, the breakfast was lovely and the staff in there at breakfast time were so friendly and helpful which made such a huge difference. We used the luggage room on our last day and the staff assisting with this were also brilliant. It was very handy being so close to kings cross station especially as we needed a tube station with a lift so this served as a good central point.
